The Storyteller was created by Fazbear Entertainment so they could fire the creative writing team and just have The Mimic make a bunch of new stories for them. They put The Mimic1 program into a tree and let it pick its appearance; it settles on a white tiger. Edwin and Mr. Burrows both die inside of The Storyteller after Edwin tries to shut it down.

I think it has become clear at this point, that it's time we put this place to rest, at least for the time being (until further notice, once SOTM is out perhaps). The posters have either migrated to other sites or moved on from the franchise altogether, anyway, so things are bad enough as they are, no need to continue kicking this corpse around trying to revive it.

The general is dying because interest in FNaF as a whole is dying. Who knew that you can't sustain interest in a franchise when you continue to produce nothing of any sort of creative merit? On Scholastic's twitter they posted a video that was your usual "screenshot this video to see what YOUR next FNAF book is!" fluff, but in the background of the whole video there was this semi-transparent creepy doll photo overlayed on top of it for no apparent reason. People thought it was teasing Eleanor because its features were accurate to the books' description, but it sorta turned out to be a bust when it was discovered that it was an existing stock photo

The DJ Sterf stuff is more interesting because those numbers have the font used in the clickteam engine, and he's the go-to playteseter for everything FNAF. Recently it was confirmed the project they were teasing ages ago with that Halloween video is still alive too

I'd do a split timeline sorta thing, similar how Sega treats Sonic.
Modern FNAF- SB & 3D gameplay games, which takes place far into the future but the classic FNAF is still canon but not recent enough to affect it
Classic FNAF- Office gameplay, takes place around 80s-2020s before SB
Boom, fixed most of the problems fans had issues with SB on the timeline.
