Other than for gameplay purposes, the best thing for the Forsaken is for them to die out. They can't reproduce without necromancy. The land they live on belongs to the living survivors of that area, but they're all like "Reeee you can't come back here."

Does anyone know if undeath is still contagious? If it's not, there's no reason why both sides couldn't eventually live near each other.

the outdoor world events are fun to do once but they turn into incredibly boring mindless aoe farm slogs. if youre on youre own, you wont get any rewards either, so leech in a raid or get nothing at all becomes the meta
wqs still exist, emissaries pseudo-exist (idk why they removed them?)

it just seems like legion but with less radical changes to the game. I want a new expansion that shakes things up as much as legion

The Illidari are apparently dimension hopping with their hijacked ship to keep hunting demons wherever the fuck, otherwise its fucking weird they didn't sniff out whats going on at Bloodmyst during the Draenei heritage quest.
The Death Knights are consciously aware they don't have much place among the living so after Shadowlands they just decided to either try having normal lives anyway, or keep a watchful eye over Azeroth and be protectors. Because they're ultimately still Knights and empowered far more than the average risen Forsaken rando. They're at least finding a purpose, even if that turns into suicide missions.

The Forsaken are just hanging out, as zombies. For some reason they want to keep doing that. Varying degrees of aggression to other races for no other reason than zombie lol. Which is real fuckin' weird given how depressed so many of them were when they were raised.

theres so many zones I skipped out on
It feels downright silly to be farming most of them when they are dead zones
like am I really gonna go back and get my argus or korthia mounts? probably not.
On another note, It can be weirdly comfy at times, going to an old zone and being one of the only people there farming mounts and stuff.
I think the solution to this would be to somehow integrate new gear into old zones, like how they bring back dungeons for M+. there's just a lot of real estate that goes to waste but WoW is a HUGE game at this point.
How do you keep the old world interesting when theres a new world every 2 years?

Farming feels like such a waste of time.
When I was 16, I would just grind the shit out of a rep just to get a stupid tabard.
I would log in before school to do dailies for gold because nobody was there so early in the morning, just so I could have the stupid Chopper with sidecar crafted.
Now if an item won't drop in the first 10 minutes, I just forget about it.

What I genuinely miss though, is leveling through the zones and teaming up with people to do quests faster.
Now with the shared tags, nobody gives a fuck. That is assuming they do quests in the first place, not do timewalking dungeons hoping to run into some twinked out level 10 dracthyr fury warrior.

I just gotta do my visions shit and I'll have that done, I love BFA. Nazjatar and Ardenweald were my comfort zones.

speaking of old zones this is the mount I really want from korthia (rampaging mauler), cool ass mount. thats one thing I can't complain about wow, I always have shit to do
