God I just fucking realized something about Doey's death. He grabs you when you're about to open the door, but lets go once the nitrogen is spraying him. So what's stopping you from just turning around and open the door while he's distracted, instead of bringing the big drill thing down on him first?
If they let you make that choice it would have been perfectly foreshadowed by the Simon Smoke thing from before. Where you're told to kill him, and it seems like most players do because they think it's the only option, but there's a way to escape without sacrificing him. Come the fuck ONNN I'm actually fucking pissed about this, what a fucking missed opportunity

I know whatever artist drew that shit has a crazy fucking history the company doesn’t want to get caught associating with. It reminded me of that one edgy furry comic with the sad lonely kid being lured in with kindness only to be suddenly vored to death at the end.

Maybe there's something on official websites or their discord or linkedin? Then you can find everyone who's ever worked for them and check their history. Though I'd figure that the person probably doesn't work at Mob anymore, since a lot of their old team left for Glitch or their own indie projects.
