The problem is not a character or two, but the game engine itself. It rewards mashing way too much because of it.
Look at Banjo. He tweaks around like a coon on crack with it's disjointed hitboxes trying to catch you with one of them to start his pain train, and thats not to talk about his gimmick side B that works like a surprise nuke or free confirm.
Pit, another character that lots of people said was >mid has mad priviliged hitboxes, a good projectile to gimp or force approach, free Up B and even a reflector.
Saying the game was better in 2018 is kinda retarded because it was the same game, same engine, same problems.
Only difference that everybody sucked mad cock back then and we were playing like it was Smash 4 still.
A 0-2'er shitter from 2025 would absolutely dominate if they could go back in time. While I agree it sucks to play, I like to expectate today's meta way more because is way harder.
