I'll give you an example scenario:
You walk up to Nasus under his tower as Darius, time it so that you can hit him with Q and dodge the tower shot. He will likely want to wither you so that you can't walk out, but this is OK. Now his wither is on cooldown, but your Q comes up faster. So this time you pop ghost, run in, hit E, auto, Q then W (W then Q is honestly a noobtrap because E slows them anyway) and ult him.
If you don't believe it's possible then you should really play as Nasus into Darius yourself. Sometimes the best way to discover how to beat a champion is to just play them yourself.
Not keeping track of summoner spell is significant, imo.

It sounds like you aren't really aware of how to play around cooldowns, which will honestly go a long way because I still see people letting cooldowns go unpunished all the way up to Emerald.
I genuinely think it'd help if you accepted actual advice and try to think about it critically than dismiss it by yelling into the void. Also, really. Try playing Nasus into a half-decent Darius.
