i think i typed "lean wall" and paused it when her hand was low.
And made her chest stiff with no override.
have to time it since freezing the target will nullify her expression.

I believe you could do that with the now defunct Metro System mod. As of now there isn't really a mod that lets you do such a thing in the current version closest you can get is the mod that lets you walk around the cart maybe you can get the view you want with that.

I enjoy that it gives you choices to doubt and feel guilty about giving her over, even if you know it's for the right reasons, and you learn way more about songbird and beyond the Blackwall in it too.

Reed's path should have been way more complex and morally grey and siding with songbird should have been the go to options because is super obvious that she is full of shit. You can give her up ALIVE! and technically get everything you were promised, "technically". I feel that the tower is by far the worse ending given how much of a nothing burger the entire relic plot was.

I will say that - granted - Reed's path is a lot more enjoyable if you already know that Songbird was going to fuck you over anyway.
She manipulated you, the NUSA, Reed, and even Hansen and got a fuck ton of people killed in the process.

I feel Tower is sufficiently gray. Songbird is an uncontrollable weapon, that probably shouldnt exist. Similar to Nukes. Trade SongBirds freedom and hand over a super weapon to the NUSA, so V can be a cyberwareless person, that can barely compete with the homeless for a job. The morally correct position is to kill songbird, even if its at V's expense.

2077 does have one thing in common with the tabletop, and that's a Ref who has no fucking idea how to introduce the main conflict and just sort of forces it. Been there myself, seems like CDPR didn't know how to introduce a conflict with Arasaka either. You steal the world's most valuable piece of tech from the world's most powerful man, he even dies in the process, yet it doesn't feel all that important because the setup simply wasn't there. Just look at who was behind this heist: a random ass hooker that gets scav'd and kills herself, some fat fuck trying to make a comeback after NC forgot about him and a bunch of haitian hackers who just wanted Johnny's consciousness to talk to his ex. The conflict almost seems petty.

From what I remember, those weren't THE Towers but another building entirely. A smaller Arasaka office building in an industrial area or something, I need to re-read Firestorm to make sure. Security was more lax too since there was no precedent for it. By 2077 you had two break ins and a nuking that's the Cyberpunk equivalent of 911, Arasaka should know better.

There's some fluff about Johnny's first heist in Cyberpunk RED, too, it definitely wasn't on the big towers. Also, the concert and mayhem he caused aren't that well conveyed in the flashback sequence. Shit was big, people broke into the building and overwhelmed security while he slipped inside more or less unnoticed.

Steam version. Bought it last week. Feels like the exact same experience I had when I pirated it at launch, at least when it comes to bugs.
T-poses, facial animation glitches, flying 1 trillion feet into the air after getting hit by a car, delayed sound effects, abrupt music cut-off, delayed holo-calls, shitty LOD (even with mods), the whole thing.
Nothing gamebreaking but it's still good ol' eurojank except the QoL updates are pretty good.

Yeah, i reloaded and the cutscene went through again without a hitch, was likely just one of those freak occurrences. Hopefully.

I was kinda surprised that telling Hanako "I'll think about it" was an automatic agreement to her plans, I didn't really like the plan because Hellman is slimy as hell. Anyway they gave me space brain cancer and I chose the option to die rather than go into Mikoshi. Guess I'll go back and firmly tell her no this time to see where that leads me.

If only the environmental design actually backed that story up. Seriously, even the shittiest hot zone apartments in this game are huge for what they are. V's starting pad doesn't give me the impression of a crammed megabuilding unit, but that of a fairly nice hotel room (Doesn't have the best bed but it sure has all the space for one).

I would start with ENC and no shooting delay. Double or triple T1-2 enemy damage and set their subdural armor to taste. That'll make mostly 'ganic enemies like V feel fair because basically whoever shoots first wins, and borged out tanks you can't zero in a couple shots actually terrifying
It can be a real pain in the ass to tweak, though; lot of variables between V's level, region, and gun rarity

I pray for a normalization overhaul that does away with all the RPG elements

And with damage mitigation abilities, incoming damage on easy and very hard stops mattering.
but with 2.0 changes, if you dont want some enemies to be bullet sponges on very hard, lower the difficulty until enemy deaths feel satisfying.

Actually I was running a berserker OS. The idea was to set big guys on fire using Seraph and incendiary grenades then go after them with the fire katana, kinda like a "blood in the water" style but it didn't really work out out how I wanted it to. I just ended up using Seraph almost full time while completely disregarding OS. I suppose I SHOULD have swapped to sandevistan but I really don't need it. Maybe I should ditch an OS altogether to fit some more chrome, not that I'm anywhere near my current limit.

Yeah you can, especially when he was an integral part in 2077's story but also in the lore as a whole. Literally everyone would want this.

Cyberpunk is Night City, there is no Cyberpunk without Night City. So yes, it will be set in the city. They're 100% adding the Moon and the Crystal Palace in the sequel, as copy pasting the entire city without adding new areas would be seen as very lazy plus they already had plans for a moon expansion in 2077 but it was cancelled.

Honestly, I do want an entire game set in Tokyo. The seat of power of the biggest corp in the franchise gets surprisingly little attention outside of the aforementioned Pacific Rim sourcebook. Might get repetitive to just focus on Arasaka again.

The "right" way to balance SMGs is incompatible with Cyberpunk's current gameplay. Most important of all, you need a bulk and weight mechanic that doesn't let the player just carry 50 guns in his pocket. Never understood that part in the devil path. NTA but ENC does a lot but it's easy to tweak/uninstall/temporarily disable.

Basically it separates enemies into tiers from 1 to 3 and boss, and lets you independently adjust their outgoing damage, HP, and subdural armor. It also allows you to do this to each major boss.

It also changes the breach minigame (for the worse imo) by adding a ton of new glyphs. It also gives enemies new abilities and tweaks their AI a bit, though it still benefits really from a couple other mods.

I wasn't invested enough in switching to UV Skin to do it, but from what I've read in passing it sounds like the only way to switch body frameworks and skin mid-stream is to uninstall the one, load a save with none, and then install the new. Switching from VTK skin to anything, and UV framework to anything sounded like the hardest

Yeah, it's kinda wierd how some of those body mods stick around. UV in particular seemed hard to switch to or off of. Read a lot of posts from people saying the best they could get was a six-pack and invisible boobs unless they started a new save

those are good runs.
something i noticed with landing, if you tilted forward especially if you aim to land on a sloped surface, the bike bounces less and you keep some of the speed from falling. >>518393865 at 1:31, jumping to the right side of the tree and landing on the slope of the trench. if i had a different angle and followed the trench, it could be faster and would avoid the jump after landing.

You’ll be begging for cash around lvl 20-30 for chrome.

With that said, I’ve done one playthrough in which I’ve done every side quest and content before the story, and one playthrough in which I’ve rushed through the story and bothered with the side content when the only story quest left to do was the Temperance ending. Speaking from experience, both options have equal parts good and bad, so it’s about picking your poison.

>side content before story
+ Story quest enemies level with you, meaning easy high rarity material
+ Story-only rewards spawn at 2nd highest rarity
+ Main quests can be influenced by your actions in side quests, though vice versa is also true
- You don’t get to experiment with the story quest toys
- you miss out on unique commentary from Johnny
- Act 3 seriously drags out because it constantly asks you to wait 24-48 hours for people to call you, as it assumes you still have side content to be busy with

+ plenty of time and ways to use story quests toys
+ won’t miss on unique commentary from Johnny
- absurd difficulty spike in Act 3 and finale
- side content repetition is worse when left last
- DLC side content toys won’t get much use

You can do photomode once you're in the hotel, but then you run the risk of the game getting confused about your outfit versus your equipped clothes and then not letting you change anything since the wetsuit is locked. Mid to end game, you can rush it if you want to use the gear you get but I find it more satisfying to save it.

I usually do it in act three after all of the other main story quests as Vs last resort which works wells especially for femV who sounds sick during the entire dlc, really all you need to do is the Pacifica stuff and it is set up just fine

Its worth going there as soon as you can, starting the story which you can leave unsettled until you want to go back. the real value of going early is securing yourself one of the many new iconic weapons.

since you havent played in a while, gear progression has changed a little bit due to Crafting/Upgrading changes and the damage of new weapons no longer scaling to your level. the rarity of weapons dropped from enemies scales with V's level. And the weapon's Rarity determines its damage. You cant upgrade noniconic weapons. And crafting a new common gun to upgrade your damage, like you could in the past, will just give you two bad weapons. So if you dont have an iconic, you basically have to get lucky that someone drops the weapon you want to use. which depending on the difficulty and how fast you are clearing the world with bad rng... you can find yourself with under powered weapons, against enemies you cant tickle, while being to low level to get better drops.

That's what I do, buy Gorilla Arms just for the fights, then back to the cooler arms. When active, Berserk gives you stronger melee damage and prevents you from using ranged weapons or nades. It also makes you more resilient to damage and you can't drop below a certain health level, like 25% I think. It's a crazy strong OS, but the one I personally prefer the least.

so if you click on the link and open in new tab it just opens search engine results for incomplete url
like pasting half of a youtube video link into google
