I've been too busy with work to play much, let alone even post here. So anon how are you liking undermine?? Has it lived up to your expectations? I like the goblin aesthetic but I'd rather be back on kezan desu. I'm not a big fan of no day/night cycle (unless there is one down here and I just haven't seen it) and there's no real weather here either. I guess I always imagined the goblins having a more tropical city, even though I knew undermine was underground, I always assumed it'd be something similar to living in a volcano on a lush island. How would you rank undermine in comparison to the original tww zones

I'm loving it. Day/night and lack of weather makes sense with it being deep underground. It's in the name UNDERmine.
They made a decent job at mimicking real environments like the beach in the Blackwater section.

Lore wise undermine is located under Kezan (the goblin starting zone before the tropical island).
It's been there this entire time and like the other anon said it is heavily implied this is cut content from BfA where we were most likely supposed to visit it cause the goblins and us even returned to Kezan for the MOTHERLODE dungeon.

The zone looks great, the music is great, a couple of the quests are pretty fun, DRIVE is cool but I feel like they could've designed the map better for it, overall pretty fun place to hang out. Also there is a day/night cycle I think, maybe just one part was darker than the others (the place with the big red neon lights where Gazlowe and Reznik are spending the week hanging out)

It's a weird unwritten rule that elves reach sexual maturity + a few years of age (read: early to mid 20's) and then will stay that way basically forever.

Assuming no disease or serious injury affects them, they can look the same for hundreds, and often thousands, of years. However, they do age in the sense of eventually they will become more elderly though a side theory suggests that elves give up some of their life force for more power, authority, etc. Though it's most likely just stress.

Lorthemar for instance is older but not OLD yet is already graying, likely from how much he's had to deal with.

That's just because the Alliance have always been the lame normalfag faction, it isn't really something Blizzard themselves can help. No one shouts "For the Alliance" with the same intensity as they do "For the Horde". There's no Alliance version of Elite Tauren Chieftains because that would just be laughably cringeworthy. Alliance players want to be stoic and morally just at every interval, but go to the forums and cry about it if there are any ever consequences for their actions. They desperately want whatever the Horde has because even the people who play nothing but the Alliance can realize how much better written the Horde side typically is, but whenever Blizzard tries to give them a modicum of that, it always completely flops. The people who play Alliance are the type of people that are rich and privileged and don't know the definition of hardship and have been given everything they own handed to them on a silver platter. Horde are a band of brothers with a bond that's thicker than blood, and their internal conflict is much more interesting as a result, because it takes an awful lot to sever that bond they have with one another. Not to mention, there's also the matter that has come up where many Alliance players are third worlders wishing to LARP as the white man, which is why they have such vitriolic reactions to the Horde, because they want to act as though they're superior to someone, whereas an actual white person gives no shits and will typically enjoy the Horde more because of that comradery you can only find there.

What do you mean by that? You can't play two characters at the same time.
You can make another plate class, get Blacksmithing/Mining on one and make weapons and armor for both your characters and Alchemy/Herbalism on the other to save tons of gold on consumables, if that's what you mean by "complementing".

i'd say level up a few more characters from scratch before you use an instant boost, it'll be hard to figure out any class if you instantly get all of the abilities rather than getting them as you level up. as for another class to try out, retribution paladin is really straightforward and also a plate wearing melee class

doesn't really work that way as that anon said, you can only play 1 character at a time. you can share a ton of stuff that is account wide, such as mounts, newer reputations, transmog, pets, achievments, warbound gear, even content or difficulties you unlock will be then available on alts
pairing professions could work so you can craft stuff for yourself and save some gold

You should probably boost a class with a healer spec then. Though i believe it would be much easier to learn how to heal by leveling one from lvl 1 via dungeons. Playing a boosted class can feel overwhelming if you never had any contact with it

you can easy mode druid if you make a macro for all your buttons that include /cast ironfur

hopefully youre not one of those pug druids that only stay on bear form and not stance dancing to cat or travel form when needed

All the classes have their niche.
I personally like marksman hunter, prot warrior, ret paladin, blood death knight and windwalker monk.
Never really clicked with rogue, druid, and literally all casters (mage, priest, warlock) and never liked healing in general.
Marksman has simple-ish rotation and the AoE feels so satisfactory when you multishot>rapid fire and it literally goes BRRRRRRT how you can snipe on a very long range etc.
Prot warrior is just fun charging around, screaming and smashing the ground around you.
Ret has smooth simple damage rotation and also brings great utility, so it makes you feel better saving the day by tossing a well timed Lay on Hands, helping dispel, battle rezzing etc.
Blood is simply crazy fun on the account of its self sustain and especially now with the asshole casters, how you can just grip them and generally feel more in control as a tank than the other classes, at least that's how it makes me feel.
Windwalker is fun on the account of the mobility and utility and making many numbers appear on your screen at once. Ring of Peace is some of the most fun spells in pvp too.

different classes are able to do different roles in dungeons/group content, some can tank and dps (like your warrior), some can heal and dps, some can only dps, and some can do all three, but not at the same time. you pick your role for a dungeon and that’s what you’re gonna be doing for the length of it. you can have different characters do different things but not “together” unless you’re talking about professions, which you still have to mail supplies back and forth with. monks, paladins, and druids are able to switch between all three roles with druids being the only class to have four options (melee dps, ranged dps, healing, and tanking)
