-use your blood token to buy the pvp 636 gear then catalyst to get LFR transmog. All your blood token will be reset tomorrow
-catalyst your equipped gear or item in your bag then upgrade to get the transmog. All your crests will be reset tomorrow
-spend your undermine coins since they'll reset, there's toys & bags with crafting items that can be sold to the AH
-Valorstones will not be reset but you can buy the random 593 ilvl box at npc called Agmera (near the m+ portal) then catalyst to get LFR transmog + 1 upgrade to get the normal set too.

I don't know. Ignoring the "to drag out your subscription" thing, I think their logic is so you don't feel pressured to rush through stuff?
It doesn't really work for patches though because you just end up with nothing to do for a week because the questlines are timegated and done in 30 minutes.

real reason: classes no longer have several developers so a single guy running the show on your spec is massively important. Even when Enhance was just mid-tier and not high tier in DF the enhance players were happy because the developer had a great vision for how the game should work on that spec. My friend Poogull McFrugal said Jerma is streaming WoW Classic.

He linked me to the VOD. Jerma said on stream that Wrath and Legion were peak WoW and you can "flush the rest down the toilet".

That's obviously just him giving a safe opinion on-stream. Why does nobody include newer expansions in the all-time greats? Legion wasn't even that good, it was hated at the time, with World First Guilds disbanding and raiders saying the game was dying at a record pace.

It wasn't as bad after a few tries. Think I did close to 20 before figuring out I could poly one of the adds and nuke them one at a time. For some reason I thought I had to kill them all at the same time, which made everything a lot more difficult.
Focus interrupt on the caster, Dragon's Breath and poly to hard interrupt and Frost Nova / Cone of Cold freeze on melee mobs.

When I went through this with my girl she enjoyed classic way more than retail. Classic was simple, it was a consistent world and she was happy just being clueless and mob tagging everything she saw while I carried her and one shot everything outside of the group. I've played with her since 2008. We even played the same class for the first five years, so I could literally hold her hand through most of it. Even so she lacks awareness. You only need three other players to get in the dungeon and you unlock talents, skills, more dungeons etc the higher maps you do. We managed to get a couple of set pieces from +3 and it seems to get harder pretty quickly.

The timing is also perfect as there's maintenance coming up and you can play this in the meantime.

It's true. Marvel rivals fucked up the overwatch team so bad they had to immediately start rolling out previously taken out content and do a big marketing campaign showing off their roadmap for the next 5 seasons which gives back 6v6 and brings a 3rd person mode.
PoE2 fucked up the D4 team so bad they had to announce their next expansion already and are getting ready to also market their new 2025 roadmap which i'm sure will feature a bunch of panic changes.

they should be testing some kind of super chromie time mode internally where the intention is to go through all expansions, you lock into it at character creation and have zero access to outside help from your normal characters or achievements, open world mobs are actually a threat again and the expectation is that it's going to take 400-500 hours to complete. add transmog rewards for the main game along the way and a hardcore mode. people will happily waste their time with this shit

The wax nerf at the beginning of the expansion is the clear evidence of that, since it went from 20 per turn in to 5 and from unlimited to limited (don't remember whether daily or weekly basis), which in really doesn't matter, because you have to burn so much wax to get anything out of it you're better off boosting shitters in low keys.

Game is decent, did a few 5s and 6s, it's missing some of the very subtle things WoW has that makes it feel good, like your cursor turning into a sword when hovering over an enemy or there being a targeting sound (ok there is one but it sounds like someone kick up dirt)
some of the boss mechanics are neat, there was one where you had to kick a ball around using damaging abilities, the more damage you did the further the ball went, you had to use the ball to soak stuff otherwise boss got a big +% damage buff
it needs way more core content though imo, far more dungeons and adventures
they also need basically 5x as many heroes, or imo, do away with the 'hero' thing entirely. just have character classes
why do I have to play as the female human to be a protection warrior? why do I have to be a big black man to be an arms warrior? really restrictive and will harm the game's success potential i think

I have a confession to make: I used to rag on people that played RP servers because I didn't see the point. Then I made a toon on WrA a few weeks back, turned on warmode, and yeah this is probably the most fun I've had playing wow in like 10 years. RP pvp shards remind me of classic wow pvp days.
