The 3 people you listed have a lot more going on than Tenryo. As such, they're not as pressured to keep things secret. I'm not saying they WOULD leak it, but if they did, getting in trouble for it would not be a big deal. They have some other game they can play or some other thing they can do, whatever.
Tenryo, on the other hand, has nothing in his life but Chaos Code. He's a complete fucking loser and a one trick pony. He literally cannot fuck it up, because he'd kill himself as he has nothing else left in life but that one game.
So as such, he is a safer bet for them. But that still doesn't make him an employee. Hold that.
