phreak is retarded and doesnt understands the game and makes dogshit changes
and thats on top of him having 0 creativity and using numbers only to balance
then we have the issue of runes themselves
like 90% of the problem of early game comes from runes
you either have a champ that can abuse a rune in early game and makes it cancer to play against (hob marksman supports) and you have to nerf the rune making it useless for its intended champs
or you have champs that just dont die (dshield + second wind)
its also the major reason why lane swaps happen (aside from void grubs and world map (supp relic) being retarded)
you are either into jinx/cait and cant fucking play the game and you have to lane swap
or you are jinx and need to respond to lane swaps
its just non functional
league will be the best it could possibly be if these 2 happen
mythic items come back but without the mythic system (world 2020 had the highest amount of unique champs picked because every champ was viable with those ites)
runes removed and the special ones like keystones and certain runes like sudden impact are turned into items you can purchase
like right now terminus is just garbage, no one wants to buy that shit unless you absolutely have to but it can be reworked into having old LT and it would solve a lot of issues
it also makes the game less about whether you fucked it up in champ select or not and more about your ingame decisions (more agency over your lane and outcome of match)
and its far easier to balance the game like this
toplaners wouldnt cry so hard that they lost lane because dshield will be good on its own now against melee
assassins wont cry so much because their early game can be directly adjusted now
adcs will have agency over their own lane, no more "dmg supports" dealing so much dmg with electrocute or comet
its a win for everyone, will never happen cause phreak XD
