So her main color is yellow/orange- but then they give her magenta+lime green fingernails and red gloves and light blue, orange, and purple arm bracelets. And that's just her arms. She has fucking redish-pink and blue hair with a purple hair clip, all somehow very different from the similar colors in her arms. And glasses for even more detail. Then she's wearing this frilled yellow top over a white top. The shorts are fine, they're loud without using a bunch of different clashing colors, it works. The legs are good too.
I think she needs a redesign to cut down on all the bullshit, make her top just be bandaged, no frills. Keep the red on her gloves, change her fingernails to painted yellow. Remove the arm bracelets. Change her hair to a more natural color and more normal design, the hairclip can be orange. Keep the glasses, they're core to her characterization, but change the frames to not be so thick and more rounded so that she looks more nerdy.
