Plugin-based cheating (other than ping plugins) is extremely rare and has little impact.
Queue matchmaking is extremely simple and "forced 50%" is a meme.
SE made a number of missteps that hurt Ranked CC queues since Season 2-3. I dislike the lack of new rewards and lack of enforcement on wintrading (which would be unbelievably easy, even cross-account trading, with their metadata on hardware IDs and queue-up times), but even those are small potatoes compared to other fixes they could've made.
Rival Wings is simultaneously overrated (a lot of mode mechanics could be rebalanced and many players don't take time to understand them) and underrated (as a fun gimmicky game mode where "personal performance" is almost irrelevant if you're getting the objective done).
