>>513355458I understand that, I really do. But I'm talking about people making an active effort to spread those lies about me to individuals that are willing to do a lot worse than give me dirty looks or a bad attitude. If you woke up tomorrow and everyone in the town where you lived believed you were a rapist or child molester, how do you think your quality of life would be? How do you think people would look at you and treat you? How many friends do you think you'd make? How many women do you think would want to date you? What kind of jobs do you think you could get?
Now imagine it's been going on since FIRST GRADE. Same questions: How do you think the teachers and administration would be treating you? How many friends would you make? How many birthday parties would you get invited to? How many girls would exchange valentines day cards with you?
Now imagine it's because your own family members - your mom, dad, siblings, and oldest, closest "friend," - are the ones saying those things about you so they can cover up their abusing you the whole time.
It's a little more than just superficial opinions when people believe you're an actual monster and a predator of women and children.
Want another example of what my abusive family does to twist things? I was babysitting my niece when she was still too young to walk, and she followed the family dogs into the dog crate. She was messing with the dog toys, grabbing the sides of the crate checking it out, and then grabbed the door and swung it shut with her fingers between the bars. I thought it was funny, the image of her there between the two dogs with her hand on the gate, like an old postcard or something, so I took a picture. And you know what they tell people? That I fucking put her in there and closed it because I thought it would be funny. So, if I go to show someone that picture and they've been told that by my family, how do you think they react when I say I have a funny picture of my niece to show them?
