Spam staircases until you have ~10 left, just use explosive ammo and bombs to generate staircases, do not explore a shit ton, just get the iridium nodes near you and get to the next floor. Remember that every staircase you use is more powerful than the last due to the iridium algorithm.

Again, spam staircases until you have like 10 left, then apply your buffs and monster musk and just absolutely spam the fuck out of the hammer's special attack because it's gamebreakingly retarded. Every enemy you kill will drop gold directly via the parrot, doubled items with burglar, and when they die they explode so you will also create ladders as a result. With a level 4 parrot every enemy you kill is worth ~189G, not including their drops which pushes the average value much higher, so aim for the fat slimes to annihilate the small ones that spawn out of it. On maps with low mob density just use bomb/explosive ammo to get out of the floor quickly.
You can easily walk out of the skull caverns with 200k+ profit in a single day.
