This is a community thing and I presume the community is kinda mellowing out due to the season, people will go back to normal once the time passes.
General always goes through slow phases. Best you can do is post about the game, try to make related conversation and community events if there are enough people to fluff the thread with filler content till people come back or online more again.
It seems everyone also likes erp so you can do that too, and if someone's annoyed and chimps out atleast it's making the thread move.

I would probably recommend heartsteel since he needs to aa to stun anyways, maybe iceborn gauntlet to slow enemies to aa and lock the stun? There's also sunfire cape for further csing. I know I had some odd Braum tops in my lowbob games that would build attack speed on him just to chain stun lock all the time, will not go into details on why it kinda made sense but also why they ultimately failed lol. Consider playing Leona top too, it'd probably be an easier time.

I made an NA account because someone wanted to play with me then stopped doing so after about 3 coop vs ai games. Then leveled up and kinda enjoyed the banter in NA along with not having to deal with multiple European languages.
People don't like the name dropping unless it's a large group thing like the na vg stuff since there will be enough people to defend it and enable the in-house stuff. The random one off non group ones get a lot of backlash because it's just catty nonsense or arguments most of the time.
I think 3 years ago there was when the prime loot still happened and there were still items like galeforce and old duskblade and everfrost and there wasn't a gatcha system or vanguard or lack of free loots or map changes or 3 splits or, well a lot of things. This game has overall degraded.

i edge on heartsteel since i have a complex of rushing it, its a problem because on both ali and leo you need bami to even consider laning
with alistar i consider bami item into an MR and Armor item then going moonstone+1 support for passive procs

it seems like a strat but top lane is a bit cutthroat early and leona sets up ganks easier than alistar
i think that ill try tear on first back and hope to god i dont get punished too hard, since it is a ruby setback for bami

Because she isn't good in toplane in her current state, she needs 2-3 items before she can properly use her kit, and considering how much the early game is important there are better picks. Yes they are unknown, this game doesn't really collab with any outside brands much and is very self insulated. The game is also quite dated by modern standards and with everyone only caring about graphics and eventually ai.
This game tried to be hip and cool by pushing out stuff like Kda and all the skins with champs in urban or modern clothes or themes or event like Odyssey being made after Guardians of the Galaxy movie or more Star guardian/Sett to be more into the anime theme or true damage bringing champs into more urban settings.
It doesn't help that their characters are just Riots own iterations of things like Ahri being a nine tailed fox spirit which already has another character better known with that theme or has plenty of other cat girls to compete over or Ashe being Drow Ranger from another game, Seraphine just being a generic plastic Asian, Yasuo being another samurai, etc.
The characters in overwatch are also mostly known for porn (which goes back to the graphics argument) rather than their actual personalities, their character is as deep as the girls in Kda.
Also moba as a genre has kinda died off, your average player plays shooter games and whatever. Also this game has a bad new player experience and an even worse rep, there are better ftp out there.

We need new players who get into the game like that guy who was posting his games whilst posting irl Taric, he wasn't even high elo or anything, just posted about his games and was taking about it. That is the general jist of it all.
In terms of content, maybe, this game doesn't really have people who constantly make endearing stuff like that Lendo guy who makes the comics or even doujins, all this place gets is like the same art from 5 artists that get reposted a lot on Twitter/online in general or AI stuff. Genuine comedy is also extremely difficult to pull off since it needs good perception and awareness.

gnar adc is okay at first but there is no good item so you fall hard behind on hp since gnar has awful hp scalings in mini and your lack of range becomes ever more apparent the lower your relative hp is because you stop being able to go in outside of mega, even with cc

They're not weak, they're volatile and some of them are just straight up stronger than others.
A lot of people are used to bruiser/tank tier health pools and resistances, which give you a wrong mentality on how to play an assassin that caps out at 2k hp and 100 armor if you're lucky.
If you don't know how to position, how to ambush and how to wait, you'll have a horrible time as an assassin. Especially if their team is mostly tanks/bruisers.

What do you mean by mouse sensitivity on the button? You either click it or you don't unless you have those weird Mac mice where the clicking is so light that the input is a bit vague at times. Just get a regular dell or logitech one or something. I think I have a mouse like that but two buttons on the sides because sometimes I work with 4 activatable items and pressing 456 is a bit far because smaller hands I guess.

It's crazy to me because I get a lot of friend invites after matches and I'm still locked at lvl 0 ?
Seems like honor points aren't even "who's a good boy who's a good boy for mommy yeeea you are you're a good boy for mommy yees mmmmhmm" points anymore they are just awarding players for ignoring the chat and any kind of communication with other players. It's either done because Riot automatically assumes their playerbase will be toxic if they do communicate or it's done intentionally to condition the players like pavlovian dogs into silence bot-like behaviour so when the game eventually stops being popular it would be less noticable it's filled with AI bots.
I will NEVER stop making stupid comments in this game, NEVER. So what if a little nigger word comes out here and there it's what makes me HUMAN

Jarvan is just one of those champs with the perfect design, like Janna or Leona they're old but timeless and don't really need any changes to themselves except for visual updates perhaps. He was also the first champ to get a victorious skin back in season 1 and a fnc eSports skin which I think was the first wave of the lot.

Guns were very simple and used much cheaper ammo - lead balls are a lot easier to make than fletched arrows with forged arrowheads. Guns being too expensive for mass adoption makes no sense.

Jarvan doesnt. You as a player just don't farm enough with him. Jarvan scales well if you farm. And his clear is very quick so you can justify full clearing. J4 should not be played as a spam gank abandon camps demon like Lee or Nunu, you should be full clearing often.
