I realize that this is a longshot, but I'm not sure where else to ask.

Is anyone familiar with the Dark Souls 3 'Cinders' mod? And its addon, Burning Battle, for Cinders 1.82? I saw some videos of Burning Battle movesets on youtube, and it looked like a good excuse to replay DS3 after many years, so I gave it a go.
The mod works, I have different progression and new movesets and other fun stuff. But some of the new weapons are purchased from a new NPC called Master Benjin, and I cannot find the fucker. Because this is a mod of a mod, information online is pretty sparse and I *think* I am in the right place to find him but that could be for a different version of Cinders ahgdadjashagdjas

Do any of you have the slightest idea where this guy is supposed to be for Cinders 1.82, hopefully for the Burning Battle addon in specific?
