>>511379302>>511380571Uh, maximum profit from an indoor only barn is... I think 12 sheep, with shepherd. That's 2 cloth per day, selling at 564 G (no artisan) for 13,536 gold. You could boost this by flipping artisan and shepherd but that does cost 10,000, but even if we ignore that as negligible, the gold per day is 15,792. Given a barn is a 7x4, that's a maximum of 564 G/tile. Realistically though, you're likely far below 500, as barns need a big area for you to access them, and you need to get something for your sheep to eat, and this is an absurd amount of crackers.... 0.42 Golden Crackers per square.
Meanwhile Legend II is 7084 G/Day (this is on average, accounting for 0 roe days). And costs only one golden animal cracker. For a 4x4 area that's 442.75 G/Tile, requires only one golden animal cracker, does NOT need to be fed hay (use that land for the grass to grow something else like mushroom logs or something), and this is far far far more scalable as it requires only a single golden cracker, for a measly 0.065 Crackers per tile.
In a realistic scenario, you're not going to have 24/36/48 golden crackers to throw on all your sheep in multiple barns before perfection. But you could very easily have like 15 or so for your fish ponds. Hell, you could have 5 or so before the end of year 2 without even really trying.
Fish Ponds are way more scalable, much lower maintenance, and even with that get relatively close to the theoretical maximum possible output of a barn per tile.
