>>506219961What are you balancing around? The game is balanced around the entire game, not just one subsection of it. That means there are imbalances across specific points of the game but as an overall package it's pretty balanced, with exception of Mages because they're gay as fuck.
The game is also balanced in the sense that the way loot works is meant to discourage autistic levels of class stacking. Gearing up dozens of warriors is aids and they constantly compete for one another's loot.
What's good in raiding isn't so good at questing and levelling. What's good in 5 player dungeons might not be so good at resource grinding. But they're all crucial components of the game.
If you 'balance' say, Paladins, to make them excel in raiding, well now the game is more imbalanced as a result.
Your dream of perfect balance isn't real and cannot be real without intense homogenisation which spoils the uniqueness of the different classes and undercuts what each one can bring to the table.
The real solution to your problem is to stop permanently adhering to the religion of metafaggotry and realise that the game isn't hard and doesn't require you to stack 25 warriors to kill bosses.
But you actually hate the game, that's why you want to be in and out of raid in less than 40 minutes, because spending 30 seconds longer killing a raid boss will hurt your parsie-warsie and your objective is to spend the LEAST amount of time possible.
Again I ask, do you ACTUALLY like the game? All you people seem to want is to play it less.
