Do not put the Khorne units on the level of what Nurgle got, they are almost all extremely niche or straight up bad and don't compare to Plague Ogres/Rot Knights/Toad Dragons/Tamurkhan heroes/

Nurgle had a low base effect.
Context matters. When the game launched, all monogods had different niches. Khorne had the strongest infantry, dealing the most damage. Nurgle had slow infantry that dealt low damage but had high health. The DLC just gave Nurgle fast units that dealt a lot of damage. I don't think Khorne needed the DLC. No exalted hero of Slaanesh :(

I'm not disputing that Khorne has less available roles in the roster but there's no reason Skullreapers and Wrathmongers shouldn't be better than Chaos Warriors and Chosen in way more situations than they currently are

I'm getting bored with this DLC faster than I expected, if I'm being honest. I like the Ogre changes mostly, aside from the bugs and Bulls being drastically worse than two gnoblars riding piggyback for some fucking reason.

Obviously Golfag is the new best Ogre LL but Skrag is actually strong as fuck now (he almost gets more out of the DLC units than Golfag does with his broader monster/magic focus) Greasus...they didn't fix his combat issues at all, but his new campaign abilities are very powerful, and gets two more aura/aoe abilities so he can at least be a cheerleader when his attacks are bugging out. He's...playable, and even though he's the weakest he at least has the most interesting start position.

Gorbad just feels like something no one wanted or asked for, including the designers. The new Khorne shit is dragged down by Khorne being completely one-dimensional by design. 8 months seemingly being the minimum time modern CA can put out even a low effort DLC like this one is worrying.

Realistically speaking CA is just gigafucked by their own reckless stupidity.They've released nothing but abject failures and TWW over the last several years and still managed to nearly kill literally the only game keeping the entire company afloat several times.

Eventually they'll release 40K and that will either save or doom the company, because they've got nothing else in their pocket that can possibly sell enough to salvage years of retarded decisions.
