Huh I don't think I knew that. I mean it obviously makes sense that to spew it out he'd have to be immune, but the way its worded makes it sound like he was picked to have the gas because he was already immune (Though it could just be making someone into Catnap is what makes them immune)

Also interesting that they say he rivals the success of Huggy, when him and the rest of the critters as toys were complete failures, so that can only mean they mean his B.B is a success, which makes sense cause of how useful the gas is for them, but is Huggy really a success? He seems like a bit of a headache for the company normally

No, which is funny considering he's in the main lobby. It's one of the unfortunate things about making a game chapter based that there ends up being the weird fact that successful toys like Mommy Longlegs aren't seen/referenced at all in the main lobby while toys that have no narrative impact like Bron are featured prominently.

What happened was he and the others like Bron and Cat-Bee were intended to be enemies of some kind in development, as well Chapter 1 was going to be much much longer and would've included the simon says and statues minigames from Chapter 2. However that was all predicated on them meeting their kickstarter goal which failed horribly, hence why the first Chapter is only 20 minutes long.

Yea, I think that's what happened as well. You can see him standing right next to Catnap in the storyboard of the Sleep Well music video, so at some point it was more obvious that he did participate in the HoJ.

Seems he very much was all for the HoJ but after it went from "freedom for al ltoys" into what was basically oppression under pain of death or being eaten alive, he tried to jump ship. Likely also happened after the other Critters got killed off for defiance.
