As Alliance, it’s very hard to get as you must be mind controlled by a horde player while in Orgrimmar while the buff drops.
>Songflower SerenadeSongflowers in Felwood can be cleansed and clicked for a buff. Multiple people can share a flower as long as they click at the exact same time. You must do a few quests to be able to click songflowers.
Take care as there is pvp in Felwood.
>Dire Maul North buffClearing Dire Maul North in a special way allows you to obtain buffs from NPCs that turn friendly. Usually hunters will clear the instance solo and sell buffs for a small fee.
Not available until the release of Dire Maul.
>Spirit of ZandalarBe in Booty Bay or the Zandalari island in STV when someone turns in the heart of Hakkar.
Not available until ZG releases.
Also, you can purchase a Chronoboon Displacer from Chromie in Eastern Plaguelands. Just do a short quest and then you can buy them. This item allow you to store your buffs for later.
