colors on quests and units:
gray - far below your level, little to no rewards.
green - below your level, reduced or approaching reduced rewards.
yellow - around your level, can be challenging, full rewards.
orange - above your level, challenging, full rewards.
red - far above your level, very challenging, full rewards.
skull - (units only) 10+ levels above you, you gonna dead.
gray ! over a quest giver means you're too low level for their quest.
