You need like a 10 minute darkness for a 45 minute BM solo.

For a 15 minute BM you need a 2 burst darknell.

well your burst needs to be at least 60bil every 6 min to do a min clear
Hdark is 130 bil HP so you'd need to 2 burst him to event attempt a min clear BM
one bursting hdark would put you at a 24-30min BM solo

CP is basically just a better gear meter and it doesn't even take things like DB's Katara into account giving them inflated CP
it's okay for measuring anyone's ability to do certain content because bosses are all pretty heavily stratified but it doesn't reflect damage dealt and the different classes themselves aren't balanced at all

like if it a class like that u just jump around do random shit and never die no matter what the boss does and ur just gated by damage since u can stay in forever but MY class is not like that ok like if u did that on my class you would not be doing any damage to the boss u basically need to predict every pattern for a minute and a half in advance and then also make sure all the buffs line up and are ready and u won't just die instantly the moment u start attacking

yeah like ur class can do an easy up jump with 1 button then do either a front or back dash to make a reverse L shape - THIS ONE MOVE can ignore like 95% of all the boss mechanics besides fmas
AND you don't even have to worry about dps uptime or when to squeeze in more damage because HP drain keeps you topped up
meanwhile i have to give up a life and hope i don't get hit in the next 30 secs if i want to do just ignore a boss mechanic and keep up good uptime and not just run around doing acrobatics until my burst is up

Nexon made it anti-noob friendly. I think it was a big mistake. There's no reason why they couldn't just make things drag-n-drop assets into an already premade game world like in -roblox-.
At this point setting up a private server is a matter of hours, like downloading and setting up a PS2 emulator. Making a MapleStory World in MSW would be like learning a new coding language to code your own emulator and then make an emulated game inside your own emulated world.

Basically it's more bare bones than even modern game engines. You would have an easier time recreating MapleStory in unreal engine or unity than in MSW.

I saw a bunch of people liberating today and was wondering what was going on. I asked some guildies and they said that some people were bug abusing to liberate for BM? I went and checked my quest log and holy crap It already gave me the BM kill for my next liberation.

I cleared lotus already, and on december 1st I went and did BM, to proceed to the damien quest. I checked my quest tracker, and the BM kill portion of my quest was complete, and when I killed Damien, it also completed?? Im pretty sure this is the bug people are talking about? Do I turn it in and liberate as well (can't really dont think I can do vhilla yet) but damn thats kinda nuts if thats whats going on.

Wake up call literally lowers your damage because it eats veins which are used for big stretch, lala's actual burst skill. Right now it has a low cooldown and does zero damage so it's not even worth the effort of a button press during farming (eats eruption vein placement lol). Absorption doesn't do enough damage, is completely bland gameplay opposite of juggling summons, and you can't deal damage while focusing on dodging like you can eruption. They've been buffing absorb first over eruption for 6th job which is just ???????
