there are some support players where you can just tell that they have never played a game of toplane in their entire life because they play like its someone else fault whenever something goes wrong. you cant just turn on spectator mode whenever something goes wrong when you are playing solo lane, you have to actually play in every single mess you have created which motivates you to not create them in the first place. meanwhile support mains just run it down whenever they get bored and try to make it someone elses problem to deal with

The most fun I have ever had in this game is taking Zoe bot lane as sup or the carry

Watching everyone pop flash, stealing it and using it against them is so satisfying. They just don't know how to counter it. And you can sleep zone jungle easilly for good escapes. Can make way more use of the walls down there too compared to mid lane

Yeah, there are some Asians who come from rich parents and study abroad but literally were pampered all their lives that I'd presume they were bad at the game in general and play casually in unis with no effort of improvement because they're kinda lazy and wanna chill but then there are Asians who would literally kill themselves if they don't have good grades and did advanced math and learned the violin when they were like 7 because they got strict tiger mommies and such so the ranked distribution throughout makes sense especially since Australia has a crazy amount of (different types of) Asians there now.

Yes you should just play bot games. I think if you unlock normals and Aram earlier into your levels you'll just get bots anyways but not the riot ones so it creates unbalanced and unfun games with bad loading times, lots of surrenders and remakes. However this is if you're playing on NA.
If you're playing on EU I think you should be able to play normal games with real humans earlier into the levels, there are some players I've come across that played like bots but literally would type in game and say they're new or scared or confused or they wouldn't talk in chat and follow what you say or just quietly follow you around because again they're new and scared and they literally probably are so new they didn't know they were talking to themselves on party chat (I think?). Also play on intermediate only because that's where you see most humans playing especially veteran players.
This has been my experience overall across the two regions. Though to be honest NA seems to have more fun and expressive people but also bots compared to EU where people are kinda quiet or speak foreign languages a lot though can be peaceful sometimes.
Also bot games help you a lot in your leveling missions and exp boosts and such please keep track of all of tjem and you will level to at least 20 in no time.

you dont see it because garen E doesnt scales linearly with attack speed
it scaled with 1 spin per 25% attack speed so buying navori will leave 10% attack speed off of your extra 1 spin
also you cant make up for it with runes, garen e doesnt benefits from runes at all (taking alacrity wont make you spin faster)
this combined with stridebreaker 25% attack speed makes it so you are 10% above the 75% attack speed threshold where as with navori you would be 10% bellow the threshold
now add the boots and you cant get to 100% attack speed with navori but with pd you get exactly 100%, giving you 4 extra spins (total 11)

navori is best when you have long cooldowns, garen w is only 15 seconds, you wont a high value out of it

From nolifing the game I had about 600-700 skins iirc and had spent about $500 over the course of 8 years of playing.
Then in 2022 those special versions of the prestiges came out, 1 of which was for my main and a prestige I liked but didn't own the original so I wouldn't get the 2022 version ever.
However you can roll prestiges if you have every other skin in pool. So the plan was to buy every other skin in the cheapest possible way so I would get the prestige.
What I did was buy an account on the Turkish server and dropped around $2500 on RP, which due to currency exchange rate was worth roughly double the amount of RP at the time, then transfered it to EUW and then mystery gifted myself 10 skins a day (the max amount of gifts you can receive) for around 2 months untill I owned everything then bought some orbs to roll all the prestiges.
Probably the most irresponsible thing I have ever done with money but I don't regret it and I'm not exactly hurting for cash.
And from then on I mostly just bought passes and converted all tokens into orbs to continue to have every skin. I also bought the giga whale Ahri skin but off of a 3rd party seller so I got it roughly half price.
Almost all the chromas are from the blue essence emporium.
My estimate is around ~$4k.
