If it is just his living form and it looks something like this, I'd bet it'd be the free skin for the pass actually. It's simple enough to be basically a model swap with some recolored effects like Singed got for his free Arcane skin.

I do really wonder about the quality of the skins in the pass. I imagine the Free one will always be really shitty cause it's free. But the other 3 and the Prestige from the paid version will be interesting to see.

When you play as a team, 2+ people, it artificially inflates the enemy's MMR to compensate. You are SCREWING YOUR TEAMMATES OVER WHEN YOU DO THIS. If you want to play with friends, play as a 5 stack. What the fuck is the point of having a 3/4 stack and letting 1 or 2 of your teammates flounder against some fucking smurf while you blame them all game while never helping, not communicating, and never taking objectives?

I don't care about battle passes that much, if they release my champs content behind a paywall then I'm fine as long as it's good in quality.
This will probably happen with the Noxus tv show but I'll still depend on the quality of the content and I guess the show not being a lame mess.

s15 wishlist: remove heartsteel, re-add prowlers (preferably with the active), buff f2p drops and events (including stuff like esports drops) and start balancing the game around soloq/the normal playerbase rather than the competitive. i also hope they rework the new player experience in general because ive been seeing lots of new players around but it seems like lots of them are confused on basic mechanics because they really just aren't explained very well. fix the player retention rate and league could have a renaissance. rework the jungle too - just move the camps around a bit to change the clear pathing. it'd be a fun little change.

Also yeah the general consensus seems to be that people are tuckered out of ranked for a bit now or are slowing down/having to rethink their decision. Coming back in the new season and skipping this month is totally fine since there isn't even a mention of any new Christmas skins or winter map so this months totally skippable.
I'll come back on christmas and probably new years to hang out since I presume this place will be super slow and only depressed people will be playing or posting here but overall will be doing stuff outside too. Have a good one.

The different wording here has me suspicious.
With the way it's said, couldn't it be that the 3 paid Battle Pass skins are actually old skins that they just threw in the pass? Like how they had the old Faker skins in the Faker Pass?

Seeing how they usually do like 5 skins a patch, I don't see Riot giving us whole new skins in a battle pass. Unless they intend that the first patch of skins are all going to be part of the pass to get people to buy into it.

Idk events stopped giving chests and skin for months now, they only give 300 be (300...?? lol wtf)
Can't get chests out of mastery anymore, reduced to 6 per season or some shit unless you play 30 games per champ you don't even like or some shit (I'm not doing that... lol).
And I have yet to figure out how to get "milestones"... thought getting a mastery tier 1 on one of the champs they randomly put in the list was enough... looks like it's not.

Ever since they reworked her (nerf on R and W, buff on Q), I noticed that beifeng doesn't use R as much, if at all. Kinda looks like he'd rather keep it as a last resort, rather than as a combo extender like he used to do, maybe because the damage is so lackluster now that he'd rather keep it defensively overall.
Anyways, idk if it's Qiyana or me but this champ doesn't really vibe with me anymore, really, but to be fair, no champ really does. She used to rekindle my enjoyment with league, but everything about the game is so boring in general I just can't put the effort in anymore, despite the half hundred webms I posted over the months on lolg, I'm just... bored.

And with how many people seemingly quitting league in general, it looks like it's not a "me" problem. Hopefully s15 will fix everything.... but from what I heard and saw, it looks grim.

I've been playing nothing but coop vs AI with my gf lately, with a few arams here and there and not a single of them were any fun. i was mostly considered about mythic essence since they wanted a new system(sanctum) and they completely removed masterwork chests + bpass ME packs

so lets say you buy the bpass as usual, you get
>3 ancient sparks
>7 orbs
ancient sparks can contain 5/10/25/50/100 ME
orbs (currently) can contain 10ME each but it's not guaranteed you get any (only 4.11% chance)

lets say you get really unlucky after opening all your loot, you get
>15 ME from sparks
>0 ME from orbs
lets say you get really lucky with the loot, you get
>300ME from sparks
>70ME from orbs

so you can basically get anything between 15 to 370ME, instead of buying the pass and getting your guaranteed 125 pack

Having played League of Legends for a significant period of time, more than any game, I’ve come to the conclusion that it is a gacha. The game is designed to guarantee losses, offering several comeback mechanics for the losing team punishing the winning one and offering little to no ways to guarantee safe secures of objectives ensuring each encounter at them ends in casualties. The games are randomized with teammates of varying competence meeting the player one time and almost never again, ensuring no continuity with team skill expression in a 5v5 game heavily reliant on it.

There is a codependency of each player on their team to not give gold to the enemy team through death, and thus prevent the ball from rolling in the enemy team’s favor. There is a baseline competency required from each teammate in order to not lose, especially at high elo. 1v9ing can never happen in League despite the meme, because if you’re one player pushing a lane against 5 other players pushing their own lanes you are stretched too thin to be able to react to the pushes in each lane.

If you had an A.I trained on millions of solo queue matches they'd still lose 1v5 from players just running out of vision and pushing once they leave.

It’s fundamentally a game about maximizing your win rate, but it can never be 100% making it an exercise in futility just from this example alone. Every win streak is a consequence of good gacha pulls. Skill is just a rate up.

Solo queue is simply a test of your overall success rate across different team permutations, but there can never be a transcendence like is possible in other games and sports where you can 1v9. Unless your goal is to simply prove your overall success rate to a pro team or to yourself it's an exercise in futility.

This means the only true League that can be played that is reflective of a rank that matters is full premade teams.

As an Annie and Zoe main disinterested in premades through current avenues there is no point in LoL.

the real problem is that the community got conditioned into thinking all the of them are the main characters and they all need to carry and everyone else is bad
the game itself is fine, definitely not balanced because support and jungle are too strong but it is genuinely fun if everyone stopped acting like a schizoid and plays the game correctly and accordingly
if this community stopped with the "muh off meta" picks when they are low elo, actually stopped sperging out when they died once or twice and supports actually supported correctly then everyone would have a lot of fun
every role is fun once you get into it and play the role to the best of your abilities, its genuinely fun to make plays on support and its super fun to play assassins and flank and try to assassinate key targets
but because everyone has the "ME CARRY" mentality the game gets sour really fast
league and dota are the perfect metaphors for the actual world out there
we live on a beautiful planet (much like these 2 games), certainly not with infinite resources but enough for everyone to not die from hunger (some balance issues but still pretty good)
yet most people make life miserable not only for themselves but for everyone else as well (the community makes it miserable to play the game)
