At base clue steps, if you have to spend say 20 seconds grabbing the stash, equipping gear, putting it away, and moving on, the clue relic combination likely saves you literally 50+ hours of pure inventory busywork just on hard clues alone. Ignoring steps such as the master clue full blue moon gear, bryophyta's staff, or even worse stuff that relies on clue gear like the goblin equipment in the base region or the three guthix items (admittedly, the clue relic doesn't solve this step which is pure bullshit)
If you want points I think the clue arbiter is unmatched and the slayer helmet bonus is less good even in mory.
You already shit out so much damage and gain so many points that you really aren't missing anything. Especially if you're primarily doing raids or Colo this leagues

I'm in the same boat and going kourend next because wintertodt seems great for firemaking, i think the library will be good for rune crafting, i need the famring guild for bagged plants to train farming and construction but asgarnia looks like ass. there's also a lot of random things that i've been looking for here and there that kourend has like a blood rune store, but i think if you want runes fremminick is better, how ironic.

I have 12x leagues exp multiplier at wintertodt and it's gamebreaking how good it is. I have 94 firemaking and each unfletched bruma root is giving 3410 exp. Braziers are 6768 exp. and the final kill was like 119,000 exp. I'm literally going to hit 99 firemaking before 50kc or even full pyromancer (both of which are tasks)

Dude you literally only buy like 2 skills with golden god lmao yeah that’ll net you points at the very beginning but I’m just hit 6k points and I have millions just sitting in my bank from doing theiving and alching shit and I’ve barely even done any kind of end game shit. Nor even close. Money has never been an issue. GG just makes those go by slightly quicker. Reloaded friendly forager is for people who actually wanna do the content that’s fun and not just grinding 200m xp in 3 skills because you have a max cash stack in ur bank and feel like u neeed to use it lol I have yet to worry about herbs and it will also eventually net me 99 herblore making it so I don’t even have to worry about farming or worry about getting seed drops and I never have to worry about gathering a shit ton of secondary resources either since it has a 90% use rate. It’s a no brainer to go with reloaded but people see big green cash stack and it makes their brains go brrrrrrrr

There was some avatarfag here who was arguing with like 3 different people at once about this a few days ago. You tell GG pickers that there's a limit to what money can buy and that prayer and magic aren't difficult to train, and they just ignore it. Again, it's not bad, and it can be really good depending on your regions, but it's oversold.

I've never really learned raids or high level combat stuff and figure the league is a good enough excuse to finally try learning that. I glanced at some stuff other people were doing and thinking something like this for my regions, based on what I enjoy and also the goal of doing some raid stuff later:

Desert (I like Tempoross and Giant's Foundry, and figure this lets me learn ToA)

Kourend (I like Wintertodt and this region has a lot of nice general content for most of the stuff in the game, and of course it has a CoX for me to try and learn that)

Morytania? (The slayer buff relic sounds perfect for me and I imagine I'll want black masks, you need Morytania for that right? Of course this also lets me do ToB eventually, but learning Barrows seems like a simple enough earlier combat bridge)

I think I'll probably go ranged because I keep hearing people glazing it and practically unlimited ammo right away makes it sound like a good time to do that. Not sure on melee or magic for the 2nd, maybe magic since I'll already have desert for that magic book.

Any big issues or suggestions? I dunno if it's just sort of dumb to pick the regions primarily because they have boss content, but I figure at worst as a minigame enjoyer if I hate it I can fall back on the minigames I enjoy.

lots of random things you can make. The elemental balances in games room are decent enough since you don't have to ever go get more shit. Then in the 70-80s you can get some nice marble block things to make 3-4 blocks with no other reqs. Just don't do the superior garden fence or benches they have extra long chats and animations

I haven't started leagues yet from work but can tonight. what's the consensus for weapon styles? I've heard ranged is great but also that you don't necessarily want the 5th and 6th points for it because they have little impact if you're using 2 or 3 tick weapons... does going magic 6 and ranged 4 make sense? I play melee primarily in the main game so the idea of experiencing the other side sounds nice, but I can certainly be convinced to do melee if it's strong enough to warrant it here.

Power Miner will give you a good amount of gold early on, which lets you avoid picking Dodgy Deals. Forager is just hard to pass up even if you think you're going to take the farming relic later. Really helps progression and dealing with annoying secondaries.

I'm sort of wishing I had taken this route instead of picking Dodgy Deals, because I really, really like mining and smithing and it would be nice to enjoy them more.

Pickpocketing master farmers in this league is kinda shit because there's not loot multiplication unless the niggers group up and that almost never happens.
Forager is a legitimate choice. I think i underestimated how ass herblore was gonna be without it, but i also wanted to do clue scrolls so I probably had to give up on it either way.

I think reloaded would have been more tempting if there were stronger inter-tier combos. Like if dodgy deals + forager added a x5 multiplier to pickpocketing or something which would go to helping the money problem of not picking GG

you want to be able to quickly get to your superior garden, achievement hall, and portal nexus, the three should likely for a corner around your spawn in point because they're what you're gonna run to most of the time. everything else is to personal taste and you no longer have to worry about size constraints for load time
