No. Only a few of the skins on the non-global servers (skins we haven't gotten yet) have the barest hint of size content, and only one or two of them do anything with it.

The actual valid complaint is them not looking giant in battle because the battle backgrounds are basic wallpapers with nothing to visually scale them against, and the enemies are the same size or larger (bosses only) instead of varying in size.
Etans are unironically probably just because one dev wanted his furry waifus and the other devs reluctantly putting it in but didn't want to put in any extra work

After playing for a month i can say that the strongest points of the game are that it's extremely easy to keep up with and:

Did you miss the mecha musume aspect too, with all the sci-fi weapons and armor that is actually enabling all of that action? Because that's a lot more prevalent than the giantess aspect lol

They did, that's 90% of the CGs in this game

That's my whole point, they don't tower over anything in any meaningful way. Maybe some text narration here and there, but for all the CGs in the game, very few of them actually have anything to do with size or employ it in any satisfying way. If you removed the giantess aspect, none of the story about powered up mecha girls fighting space demons or whatever the fuck the sins are would be any different. All of the disasters and scenes would play out just the same as they do now, especially since the girls are all much smaller than the bosses regardless.

Yeah there's one environment that comes up a lot that's like a bridge or something, but the lanes and the guard rails are all scaled as if the girls are normal size and it makes no sense when you think about it lol

I think i figured out how the game works. It's basically get as many supports you can to roid up your dps. This formation for Morgan is not only good for grinding red tower, she oneshots everything and im at floor 42 right now, it is also incredibly good for raids. I start to really like the game.

Finished starry part 2 and meh…
Kyla and Rosalind parts were skipped. Their banter goes on for too long, and doesn’t feel very relevant to the storyline. Hurley’s side was a lot more interesting, but feels like setup instead of a major event. Once again the lack of consequences / aftereffects is jarring. The plot REALLY loves to bring up the people, but bear no mention of them afterwards like discarded toys.

Are there any reliable ways of getting lots of XP reports?
I've been buying the gold reports in both the pvp and logistics but it's barely enough to get a single character from 60 to 70. And the current story event's gacha is unreliable and stamina intensive at best.
It's going to take forever to reach max level with a full team at this rate.

Here's a nikker friendly guide, Basically:
Play until stage 1-5 where it lets you roll
you will get a tutorial roll that you can repeat as many times as you want always with a guaranteed 3*, aim for Kokorokami.

If you can multi instance then it's even better since there's zero rng or variation in the reroll process.

Check your mail when you get to the homescreen for extra tickets.

Then you will get yellow tickets for the rate up rate up banner and gray tickets for the "wishlist" gacha but istead of 15 units, you choose only 2 SSR, and 2 SR, arguably the better banner overrall, hence why the gray tickets are scarcer than the yellow rate up tickets.

Then there's a standard banner, never touch that shit.

Then there's the "pilgrim" called Trascendance banner, the only banner that doesn't carry over its pity but you get gems back for rolling it, don't bother because the current Trascendant Character (Starry) is given away for free until her event ends (she's good for campaign)

Good SSRs to choose are (IMO) Farnese, Morgan Le Fay, Genia, Yaomeng, Flovira, (you can also get Yaomeng spending 1$ if you don't mind that)
I started with Farnese and Yaomeng (pulled), can't complain.

Picked whatever for my SRs, only tanks like Jacksui seem the most decentish and less prone immediate creep by SSRs you might luckshit.

Don't sleep on some R units, your starter (Skadi) is legitimately good once you awaken her (strengthening Skadi to max rank and awakening is literally part of the tutorials btw), some suports like Franca, Chaihua, Tina are good and have use cases. You will get it as you play.

The Striker class is ass, don't bother, the only exception being Flovira.
Attackers and Guardians can have interchangeable roles, only supports and strikers do what their classes aim for.

What i love of this game is that you can sweep pvp, you have to get out of the tutorial pvp ranks to do it though, it's not hard you will get bot opponents.

Progression tip:
Rush until chapter 4 to unlock everything.

Commander Room commissions yield the most tokens with the 8 hour one.

Maintenance Room guessing minigame can be interrupted so you can check which character is on the Room that day and get max affection points.

Buy the extra entries for PvP with your merits, it's net positive and PvP shop has a lot of good stuff, i'd recommend putting books and pull tickets last (they are expensive and yield the lowest returns, respectively)
Friend point shop: forget about pull tickets unless you don't need the other resources.

Commission point shop: once you are level 20, lvl 2 commissions will give you a lot of points and clearing out the entire shop will be easy.

Upgrading characters past level 70 becomes a money sink, which will be probably your biggest bottle neck so watch out.

you get 500 points per day from likes and if you set 3 support characters for your friends to use they will passively generate friend points that you can collect by going into the menu that swaps them out and claiming them there
I screenshot the menu, but I am currently playing and when I'm done I will need to wait 900 seconds to post from my phone
the current numbers are 40, 50, and 30 because I already claimed it earlier today, but I get over 2000 friend points daily from them
this is more than enough to get both tickets and the resonant crystals and still save plenty for any gear I'm missing
it is pretty easy to get most gear in the game just by rolling the gear gacha and the core chips/parts are worthless
get the tickets and resonant crystals every time

NTA but there are entire scenes dedicated to how the girls feel pain when their giant bodies get cut up, how they will fall from a great height and die if they run out of energy, how like four or five of them get killed in battle and their tiny bodies flow down a river of blood, and other things like that. And that's before you get to the themes of death and suffering especially with Dolores and mass casualty that permeate every part of the game's story. The game tries to play up the drama, but it goes so overboard with it that it reads like an angsty fanfic.

If you don't know what to get, here are my suggestions:

Tier 3 Upgrade Materials (Tier III Awakening Crystals > Gold Reports) > Energy Potion > Pull Tickets > Glittering Reverbs (if you can afford them) > 6-Star Core Crystals > Violet Reverbs (if you can afford them) > 5-Star Core Crystal Masses > Tier II Awakening Crystals > Azure Reverbs > Tier I Awakening Crystals

The 4-Star Core Chips and 3-Star Core Parts cost too much for the Cores they produce and are available from dailies and other shops with more abundant currencies so they are not worth it. The Elite Drill Tickets that you can obtain with the Tokens reset in a few days so you can wait for the weekly rewards to redeem them if you currently don't have enough. You can also grab the skins if you really want them but since they don't expire, I would prioritize the time-limited materials over them.

Also, her skin is coming soon; I can't wait.

Yes, pretty much everything costs money. Worst things anyone can do besides buying arena tickets with credits, is buy anything from the pity shop or buy pulls on the weapon banner with said credits. If you really want golden skillbooks just do the two event gachapons. I have a 10 rank unit already and 40 gold skillbooks as well as another 16-20 ready to be converted. All i did is refresh 3x a day and play the gachapon. But you should stop once the infinite pulls begin.

You can buy them for 5 mileage tickets each (at -50% discount for the first 6 every month). The other material you use for overlimit breakthrough you can farm though, but it's weekly time-gated.

The big thing is that she just has ungabunga damage multiplier. She does massive damage if enemy isn't stacking armor/damage reduction of some kind; but if an enemy with 90%+ armor comes out she barely does anything. Other characters have ways to negate it in some way; Koko removes buffs (if any enemy was relying on a defensive buff to become so tanky), Skadi does fixed damage and ignores everything, some just ignore armor, some do HP% damage etc

On max difficulty this motherfucker on max difficulty still instantly oneshots my kitted out lvl 100 Julius with 15000 HP though. Then the rest of my team is like wet tissue paper to him. Even if I have Fleur boat Julius's defense up she only survives with like 1000 HP left and can't regenerate it all (even with help from one more healer) before round 2, so she's dead after his second attack.

As someone who started playing about two weeks ago, is it a good idea that now I have completed Part 4 of the story, I have been ignoring Part 5 or anything else and using my stamina entirely on sweeping the Starry event missions, or is that a bad idea? The lvl 90 version wasn't that bad to 3*, and honestly felt easier than lvl 65 Lily. I guess they decided Lily was too hard and retroactively tuned bosses for events after her, but didn't go back and nerf her for us

Felt that way to me too. I barley managed to get the 3-star clear on Lily Normal with a level 100 rental unit, but my own units alone decimated the Hard level Ebel fight (Though I still failed the only one unit dies requirement). It was much weaker than Lily.

The crims should hit your supports and Starry who already went. Defense Crim sucks ass as she targets the next number which often already has passed since attackers get first turn.

You upgrade the Cores to higher tiers by maxing out their level (+15) and then using three other Cores of the same tier to upgrade said Core. After upgrading, the Core starts back at +0 so you will need to level it up to +15 again. Because of this, it's not advisable to upgrade B-rank Cores (blue ones) due to sheer amount of resources it will take to upgrade it S+-rank. Since you will need multiple 6-star Cores to upgrade anyway, try to farm until you get a good A-rank (Purple)/S-rank (Gold) Core before selecting one to commit to.
