Spend $30 on Vault Edition (since it includes Blackcell for the same price as just Blackcell), then use the blackcell page unlock to unlock the final page of the battlepass (it has a krig blueprint), then use the blackcell tier skips to finish said page.
There's no other Krig blueprints available right now afaik.

you have to unlock everything again
you get a perma unlock token each prestige
if you have a blueprint for any weapon, and i believe attachments as well, then you permaunlock those weapons and those attachments (for the weapon theyre on)

im not sure if the attachment thing is a bug or not because it seems inconsistent, but often when i have an unlevelled gun and a blueprint, even if i use the non-blueprint version of the gun i can select the attachments from the blueprint

but ive also seen them be locked regardless

so idk

Guns (and perks, grenades, streaks, etc) re-lock and your custom loadouts are all reset to default, but your guns will still have their attachments/camos unlocked once you've leveled up enough to be able to equip them again.

OK thanks, that makes it a lot easier. What's the best thing to unlock with the token? Perk greed? I usually run 4 blues or 3 blues and flak jacket, but I'll have to unlock those again right? So perk greed seems kinda pointless

whatever wildcards, perks, or equipment you like.
yeah youll have to unlock those again too, but check the level requirements. prioritize tokens on stuff at the higher levels since the xp required raises exponentially. i think flak jacket is unlocked at level 1.

Perk Greed is typically considered one of the best things to pick since it normally needs like Level 53 or whatever exactly it is.
At first at level 1 it's useless (since you only have three perks to even pick from) but once you're like level 10 and have a few more perks it's great.

Besides that Sleeper Agent and Combat Axe are both popular picks (just bear in mind that if Combat Axe gets a skin at some point, you'll have wasted that token if you then get the skin).
Anything that needs at least Level 40 is typically considered a "smart pick", since 40 is the halfway mark for the total XP points needed to get from 1-55.
Perks and maybe streaks/field upgrades are somewhat "better" picks, because anything you can unlock/buy a skin for is permanently unlocked regardless of level. The Season 1 Battlepass + the Campaign's gun skins are together all but like two or three guns permanently unlocked, for example.

The last page for me isn't the krig page, that's the 2nd to last one. So if I'm understanding correctly, buy the vault edition, unlock the 2nd to last page (krig page) and then unlock the blueprint. And then i can use that blueprint from level 1 after prestiging?

Can't confirm any of that but I unlocked the krig last night, prestiged, and used at it at level one.

Yes once you have the base Krig or any blueprint for it unlocked it stays unlocked at all times. In general, Seasonal guns/perks/etc are immune to Prestige re-lock.
And my bad yeah the 2nd-to-last page, the "last page" is just a bunch of stuff that you automatically get for finishing every other page so I always forget to count it.

Thanks. That's my only concern about prestiging because the lobbies are hard enough as is even when I have my maxed out guns so I didn't want to go through the whole process of getting dunked on for 20 levels while I unlock all my stuff again. At least I can have a good gun from the off.

Also this is my first cod in the sbmm era, can you actually see what tier the game currently thinks you are or is it hidden? I’m constantly teetering between 2+ k/d where I’m destroying everyone and .6/.7 matches where I’m dead last on my team. I’m starting to more consistently place 2nd-4th on my team but I can’t tell if I’m getting better at the harder lobbies or it’s finally put me in a tier where I can be properly competitive

theres videos of youtubers gaming the algo to get into these shitter lobbies and its basically the lobbies you see nearly every youtuber hit nukes in. People just never shooting back and only getting like 10 kills max in a match unless its a guy that 2boxed to get into it

multiplayer in this game is pretty solid I think.
almost every map is at least decent, and some standouts for me like hideout and babylon.
spawn issues seem pretty minimal and I almost never get shot in the back except for that strip mall map.
gun balance isn't the best but nothing seems egregiously overpowered, just a handful of trash guns.
camping doesn't seem strong and scorestreaks take a lot of effort to get or you have to sacrifice strong perks to reduce it.

that's about my experience. since i'm done maxing out all the shitty guns and am moving on to SMGs i've been being put into some tougher lobbies but i can still do OK
in MW3 (23) i'd always reach a point where it put me in lobbies where the connection and hit detection went to shit and i literally couldn't compete unless i used an OHK weapon but so far, i haven't ran into that in this game.

If that’s true how come they don’t have the live map of players around the world and don’t post stats like number of digital soldiers killed vs population of the human race anymore? There’s a string of like 12 numbers in the bottom left of the corner during matches which may be the total number of cod matches played since the beginning of time but it doesn’t seem like they post any of those fun flex stats anymore

You just need 33 total, with the two season 1 guns, this allows you to skip one of melee, shotguns, and launchers if you choose

Your weapons lock until you reach their player level requirement again.
But once you've re-unlocked them your camo progress will be where it was at when you prestiged (attachment levels, too).
You were supposed to be prestiging this entire time rather than waiting, working on whatever your highest-level-requirement gun of the moment was and only working on low-level-requirment guns during the early parts of the prestige.

If it's any consolation, any guns you have skins for will stay unlocked. The battlepass + the campaign rewards have skins for all but three or four guns.

Not impressed with the krig. The recoil seems to be all over the place. Dunno if they patched it or something since I used it in a custom match last week but it's nowhere near as accurate now. XM4 kills quicker and is a ton more accurate.

Yeah and also you have to wait a bit between bursts because the recoil patten still applies even after you stop shooting for a second or two. It will randomly recoil to the right and that's what keeps throwing me off. The XM4 can easily be controlled by simply pulling the analog stick down.

1 hour = 1 token
Zombies is actually the fastest way to progress the battle pass because you have less downtime (can play for hours without any interruption unlike mp/warzone where you have to wait for matchmaking between matches).

XM4 is better in pretty much every way. Much easier to make accurate at long ranges without sacrificing too many attachment slots and it shoots quick and kills quick up close. Really great all rounder.

So how do these zombie outbreaks work in universe? I'm going to assume the zombies themselves aren't infectious but if you die to them then you get turned into one. How far can an outbreak spread? Are the people getting 30 kills on black ops 2 (playing on console btw) subhuman cheating scum of the fucking earth that can see through walls or something? I know I suck at this game, but there's so much up to chance that I'm not sure how you could do it without godlike reflexes and an IQ of 140. I try to get good but I eternally sit at around 8 kills and just as many if not more deaths ever single round. I'd guess my k/d ratio is negative. This is pretty much the only game I have been able to have any fun with recently but I just fucking suck, and when things feel like determinism, nothing is remotely enjoyable all things become pointless.

A lot are, some of them obviously so. I hate cheating, if I were to cheat there would be no point, as for single player, I just don't care for it. The competitivity of multiplayer is the appeal for me, and improving is enjoyable, I become aware of things singleplayer doesn't give me a reason to be aware of, but I hit a ceiling because I'm retarded or something, and past certain level my mind is blurry or just shuts off.

I like the snakeskin theme of the gun skins except for the GPMG's (Blackcell guns I like that it makes the guns made out of translucent obsidian, but I'm not a fan of the lava effects), but yeah on the Operator skins side of things it's definitely very mid.
