Blueprints are all glitched and getting them to use certain attachments is tricky if not even impossible (but also this same glitch lets you have 8 or even 9 attachments without needing Gunfighter equipped).

Ex. A lot of the time if the skin has a default-size mag, that'll always override whatever mag you attached once you're in-match.
The only times you'll be able to change "skinned default parts" out for attachments is if when you select a part for that slot the game throws up the "To equip this you must unequip ATTACH_DEFAULT_BARREL, Confirm?" message.

But hey, you can also -remove- skinned attachments, put other attachments on in different slots from the ones you removed, and then when you're in-match the gun will have those new attachments plus all of the ones you removed on it, meaning 8-10 attachments on your gun without needing Gunfighter.
It doesn't work for 100% of attachments (ex. I can't for the life of me get the battlepass Model L to have a foregrip), but it seems to work for like 90% of them.

it's about a parallel dimension that's pretty similar to hell where evil entities reside such as the abomination and the disciples.
Nazis were doing experiments by sending soldiers to that dimension but things went bad very quickly so they shut down the whole thing.
Years later, a random russain soldier was sent to investigate the facility but he got stuck in there and somehow became a god in that dimension formerly known as The Forsaken.

Samantha got hold of a tape investigating the incident and sent it to Weaver, long short story they awakened The Forsaken. and in doing so, he became obsessed with destroying the real world and wanting to get out hence the multiple zombie outbreaks you see throughout the world. Samantha played the hero and imprisoned him in the Dark Aether again, right now both of them are stuck together. Richtofen jailed Weaver and the reset to keep everything secret but it was revealed that Weaver killed Richotfen's family so the whole thing was an act of revenge.

Liberty Falls incident is about a rogue scientist who got in contact with The Forsaken and drank his Kool-Aid, the easter egg is all about freeing him so he can go to Avalon and that's where the next map is.

It was possible to intercept enemy care packages in the first place? It seemed to always fly in way too fast to get a lock-on, and the one time I actually managed to destroy it the care package itself was still fine and landed normally.
I miss CW launch, you could easily fuck up enemy care packages then. But they nerfed it later on.

At the end of BO4's Tag Der Toten we see the entire multiverse "collapse" which is brought on by a combination of the Ultimis crew (1.0 versions of Dempsey, Richtofen, Nikolai and Takeo), the Primis Crew (2.0 AKA Origins versions of Dempsey, Richtofen, Nikolai and Takeo) and the Victis crew (Tranzit crew aka Stuhlinger, Marlton, Russman and Misty) being the pawns/playable characters. This is done because the big bad evil(s), the Shadow Man and Dr. Monty, cannot be stopped without the previous crews meeting their end. This is due to them having been exposed to such much Element 115 that their mere existance causes chaos and disruption to the fabric of reality.

However, the major element to BO3's zombies story is that the Primis crew used the Summoning Key (McGuffin) to kill their alternate reality selves (not Ultimis) to preserve their souls and send them to a safe realm. Long story short, this does not work and everyone but Eddie and Samantha are killed.

Back to the BO4 ending. Everyone but Nikolai, Samantha and Eddie are dead. Nikolai tells Samantha to kill him so she shoots him in the head. The OG crew are now completely dead and the last thing we see is Samantha and Eddie walking towards "a new dawn" which turns out to be the universe we are in now. The Samantha and Edward at the end of Tag Der Toten are the same as we have now, in the DA story. Important detail is that neither of them remember that all of this happened, but it is implied that Richtofen remembers some of it.

The Dark Aether is the conglomeration of every multiverse from before the collapse, a hellish dimension of malevolent entities and whatnot. During WW2 the nazis managed to open a gateway to the Dark Aether using an experimental particle accelerator which lead to breaches into this evil dimension being opened and all the nazi's being killed and later reanimated.

The Red Army later finds this secret project and encounter the living dead. They determine its too dangerous and seal the place up, but not before sending in Zykov, to sacrifice himself and lock the place shut from the inside. Zykov is then trapped in the Dark Aether for around 40 regular years which translates to 400 years in the Dark Aether. He goes mad and consumes various powerful beings in the Dark Aether which greatly empowers him and basically turns him into a god, granting him control of the undead.

This brings us to the events of Cold War where we follow the Requiem strike team as they work to uncover and contain these outbreaks while the russians and their allies (Namely, Kravchenko and Dr. Peck) try to weaponize it. We find out that Samantha is able to harness powers from the Dark Aether, most likely due to her having had powers when she was a child, controlling the zombies from the MPD and whatnot.

In the last map, The Forsaken tricks us into freeing him by posing as still being human and the major quest involves us defeating and banishing him back into the Dark Aether with Samantha's help. Samantha and the Forsaken are now contained in the Dark Aether with neither being confirmed dead or alive. This takes us to the infamous Cold War Zombies ending cutscene where the entirety of Requiem is taken into custody and shut down to cover it all up with the big reveal that Richtofen is the CIA Director in charge of all of this. While many like to say this is an act of vengeance done to get back at Weaver for killing Richtofen's family (accidentally FYI, Richtofen was the actual target) it is more complex than that.

Richtofen has always been a scheming man and since this "version" of him is the same as the child in Tag Der Toten one can practically assume that his sinister traits are still present, somewhat. We learn about Project Janus between Cold War and Black Ops 6 with alot more being revealed during BO6.

Project Janus, from what we know and can tell, is an extremely covert CIA project that seeks to utilize and weaponize the Dark Aether. The Amalgam project from Terminus f.ex is the result of gene modification to try and make a sort of regenerating super soldier, which was partially successful. They've also created new versions of the manglers, as can be seen by the logo on their armor. It's managed to secure a fuckton of funding in order to bolster the U.S scientific capabilities in all fields, basically.

But here's where it gets interesting. Where does the name Janus comes from? Quote: "In Roman mythology, Janus was the god of doors, gates, and transitions. Janus represented the middle ground between both concrete and abstract dualities such as life/death, beginning/end, youth/adulthood, rural/urban, war/peace, and barbarism/civilization."

"Life & death"

We can establish that Richtofen cares greatly for his family and is traumatized by losing them, as seen in his nightmare in the Liberty Falls trailer and by the fact that he still keeps pictures of them around his office etc.
Richtofen wants them back and in true Richtofen fashion uses Project Janus to come closer to this goal. It is heavily implied that the S.A.M AI started the outbreaks and it can be assumed that the real Samantha is directly connected to this "Artificial Intelligence".
Anywho! Liberty Falls is about a nameless strike team being sent in under the guidance of Blanchard to contain the outbreak and save the scientists. We find all of them dead except Panos, who is stuck in the Dark Aether. He's constantly heard talking to someone else, which can only be Samantha or someone/something posing as Samantha, due to phrases like "I promise I will find your friends". Liberty Falls ends with the strike team changing places with Panos as he is yet again corporeal. We can assume that we'll see him again.

Terminus is quite straightforward. What remains of Requiem is set free by Peck who needs their help to reclaim his inversion warheads, which are ICBM's juiced up by Aetherium (Dark Aether meth). They fight their way through the horror and eventually find Modi, which gets brought back by the help of the S.A.M AI taking control of her mini-sub. Modi is taken down by the giant squid monster, Patient 13 (Formerly known as Guthrie, a scientist that worked on Terminus that was going to become a whistleblower but was caught and turned into an experiment) alongside Peck's warheads. After the big bad is slain the S.A.M AI calls back the crew to the guard station and we get hit by some HEAVY exposition that muddies the waters like crazy.

Suddenly it's revealed that Richtofen is after something called the Sentinel artifact in order to harness something called "Prima Materia". Also Gabriel Krafft is said to be still alive and in captivity by the french syndicate in Avalon. Oh, Ravenov also works for the french syndicate now by the way.

This potentially canonizes ALL of the Chaos storyline from BO4, which was previously said to be non-canon and standalone from the Aether storyline. It also involves Vanguard.
This is where we are at now and we are still waiting to find out what happens next with Citadelle Des Morts in less than 2 weeks

In terms of timeframe it can be assumed that they take place roughly in the same week, at the least. S.A.M seems to be controlled by the real Samantha (or the Forsaken) and is not entirely what it seems to be
The shadow that teleported Richtofen is most likely Samantha, unless Treyarch pull a 180 on us.
Most likely Samantha is starting to break out of her banishment or her Dark Aether powers are becoming stronger and stronger due to her spending so much time there at this point and she's always been a vengeful person, so Richtofen's betrayal hit fucking hard

The only sniper that's "hard" to get camos for is the LR 7.62 because you literally cannot pack-a-punch it. Honestly I would say the most obnoxious weapon to get mystic gold for is the Marine SP because of how inconsistent it is with scattershot, and if you put slugs on it you turn it into a pillow cannon that doesn't even START being lethal until PaP3 and Legendary

The OG cod games from the prime xbox 360 days were the goat's, but they've also aged pretty bad at the same time, but were incredible experiences at the time. Kinda like how halo was amazing to play back in the day but is dated nowadays. If this is your first cod game it can only get better from here.

I'm talking about the modern era of cod. It's the worst of cod, way too tactical and competitive (sweaty) when the OG cods felt like they were more chilled out, arcadey and people just enjoyed themselves. With that being said the MW games have been the most enjoyable with lots of content and some great maps along the way. BO6 maps are hot garbage in comparison and there's barely anything fun to unlock. The JAK range of gun mods in MW3 were way more fun to unlock and experiment with than anything in BO6 so far.

I'm doing fine in the game with above 2 E/D average. Doesn't change these facts. Awful spawns, shit maps, broken perks, weird balancing etc. The previous games felt way more refined by this point even though at the time we complained that those were broken too. But I don't remember them bring this broken. Maybe it's because this is treyarchs first game with this engine but still, 4 years of development time and has the least content and guns of the last few cods.

Nah you want to use Dead First regardless, if youre using shotguns most of your hits will be bodyshots anyways since their entire point is a fast, easy and strong hipfire weapon
For Specials and Elites you use the amplified weakness for Ele Pop instead with a fitting AAT to amp damage

Yep, the only thing close to the old health bar system is CoD WW2. That's not to say that the health bar system was done away with forever, it wasn't in BO4 and Warzone. And the campaigns in the Warzone 2-era CODs while not having COD1's health system would have armor packs that you can pick up and use, absorbing the damage you take before they shatter. Plus the regenerating health system in the newer games is far slower, you'd need something like Stim packs to speed up the process.

Its better to just minimize recoil, minimize sprint/ads times and up firerate.

The reason zombies feels bad in BO6 is that the fun part of zombies is
1. mastering the map/easter eggs/etc
2. mastering movement
and BO6 makes both of those things too easy, one with too-simple easter eggs and the other with omnimovement (and, in the case of LF, too much space to get around)

Zombies is fun when the zombies becomes difficult and dangerous BEFORE they become damage sponges. BO6 zombies become damage sponges before they become dangerous, and that's because BO6 movement is too easy.

Some of the attachments are just fucking stupid for no reason and have zero use-case, like Fast Mags on LMGs which cut your magazine capacity by a shitload to reduce the century-long reload time by a second, or fast mags which reduce your ammunition capacity on other weapons and your ammo capacity while barely increasing your reload speed. CHF is almost always a trap option in comparison to rapid fire, and all of the lasers have a downside for some fucking reason when even the game that decided an extra 100ms ADS time balanced out a 7% reduction in horizontal recoil didn't do this.

It's nitpicky, but it fucking grinds my gears because you only had to think about it for a second to realize why these things suck.

What they should do is just add another lock on launcher like the javelin (yes it came out in 1996 but that never stopped them before) that can only be used on scorestreaks not on enemies.

The difficulty/add spawns of the Patient 13 fight scale to player count, you will genuinely have an easier time solo rather than with randos since the extra spawns they're bringing to the fight outdoes the benefit of them having some of the aggro unless they actually know what they're doing.

I used to buy them (with my old cod points that is) to bolster up my engagement with the game but then I realized I never used any weapons or extra characters outside Valeria and Price from MW2.

hard to say, but to answer your question: yes
i can't speak for the latest new CoD's because the last one i played was Cold War, but pre-firing is especially common this time around. Pre-aiming is something i've come to realize that you have to do, atleast if you play on M&K, might be different on controller due to aim assist so you might need to time that differently
if you are playing ranked then you are 9/10 times playing against a cheater, The way people play nowadays is VASTLY different to what i remember it being back during the early to mid 2010's

all i know for certain is that its not something that's going to change
