I'm healthier than 99.999% of people in this country, actually, make that 99.99999%, seeing as I climb mountains, and jog and lift every day.
What I'm trying to say is:
Eggs, tea, and frozen veggies are cheap. And water and fish is free (if you have friends with a boat near the coast and a big freezer to store your catch)
