You will ultimately aim towards building 2 functional teams because there is a boss fight that need 2 teams in the msq. As well as getting a main attacker of every element. The bread and butter of the game are the op buff/debuff characters you want them in every party. With them around you can easily clear things even with supar SS attacker. They are kinda like fgo's castoria and koyanskaya but the devs here will powercreep them from time to time with better replacements. The team composition for the longest time have been 1 main attacker of the right element and the remaining slots being buff/debuff characters. Healer aren't necessary for the most part because the enemies will be dead before needing to heal plus some buffers have heal skills and can double as healers if needed.
