always get some horseshit like ree buy a 1080p at least
so i fucked with my settings a bit and got the game to give me the option to scale to 1080p

I like gnome because of aesthetics and escape artist is great on lock and I like velf for the blink (which is getting buffed) and pushback resistance.

I also like undead and draenei but these are less cool options, I think. The UD I made a long time ago when it was the best option in vanilla at the time (the racials are still fairy good) and the drae I made just for fun because monster/demon girl aesthetic (the racials kinda suck).

What's funny is back in the old days when fort used to have a talent for increased stamina if you had a priest without the talent cast regular fort it would not overwrite another priest's talented buff so the technology to check for the buff's quality has existed in the game since vanilla. It takes at least 30 minutes to queue for a dungeon, OR it takes the same amount of time to run around in a big ass zone picking up grass. At that pace, it would take you a month to level to max, at which point the gear level has already increased and you're behind even further. It is a treadmill where you're a mile behind everyone else with no way of catching up. No idea how this game became popular in the first place.

Since it scales to your level that means your way less strong unless your gear reflect high ilvl for your level. It kills the weird gear twink where you go in with five expansions of assorted epics but now the much better geared out characters are perma level 11 tanks who one shot the entire dungeon.

reminds me of the first time i raided for real as a kid. Guild leader had a rule that if dps wasn't at X minimum for the boss a dps would be benched no questions. Played balance caster and had 2 movement heavy fights where I was having a tough time but just barely above the set dps min by 2-5k. We kept wiping though. Guild lead and his 2 irl friends had gf's who played with them and were in the guild. One was a healer who was actually super nice but the other 2 were fucking awful and consistently below dps mins. Despite progressing through over half of heroic myself and another dps were benched for those fights so they could pug in two full geared randoms and keep their gf's in the raid.

Assuming you talent right, frozen orb makes your blizzard instant cast and it also reduces the cooldown of frozen orb. Cone of cold resets the cooldown of frozen orb (if you hit 3 or more targets) and the ice barrage thing too. Forgot the name of it because I haven't played frost properly in awhile.

I think the main thing is a lot of people know the conceptual player housing people want is not the kind of thing Blizzard has ever historically done post WoW launch. As an mmo WoW allows you a greater degree of both frontend and backend bullshit more so than any other major mmo ever with addon support but in terms of player customization WoW has always been on the back foot . It's gotten better over the years but they're always like half a decade behind on any of that sort of stuff.

We're never getting lots or "place your home anywhere and it'll phase for you" like some retards think but at a bare minimum there's just a level of total customization that Blizzard just does not seem to want to support since WC3. Everyone who talks about player housing wants it to be akin to dev tools in a private server. Having your designated area of land and a drop down The Sims menu of 5,000 pieces of furniture and every house model they have ever had in game and if you want to make a giant meatball of fucked up collision of tables and chairs and dead gnolls you should be able to. But if I had to pick between that concept and the most doomer possible thing of "one house set for Alliance and Horde themeing with a designated some 30 odd locations to pre determine set assets I see the former. More so than lack of resources it just seems like a design thing they would never budge on.

That's fine. The CC break trinket is pretty much garbage and irrelevant these days anyway. Everyone in PvP has a dozen different forms of CC and all of their cooldowns are like 45 secs or less.
A 2 minute cooldown on a single CC break literally doesn't do jack shit anymore.

Yes. Going back to ignoring the faction conflict is better than having an entire expansion's worth of dogshit writing. I don't know why you people get so hung up on this. BfA was dogshit, the faction conflict during Legion was nonsensical and retarded, and even during the examples of previous expansions where you had funny moments as a result of it (Garrosh being mad at Stonetalon, Garrosh killing pandas, Garrosh literally all anyone means is Garrosh) the actual story is still stupid. People have fond memories of moments in which the Alliance and Horde go attack each other for no reason as you then sit next to the guy you murdered five minutes ago in a capital city. The greater narrative does not allow for anything more than "a quest giver told you it was fine to go nuke ten gnomes with this orb he found good job now go help the Alliance/Horde led forces fight a dragon". The only time you had something of a semblance of a conflict that naturally fed into the main campaign was Cata into MoP and that's still doing shit like everyone act out of character to justify any of it.

You make a fair point that it was in shuffle and I only got my Elite Warrior & Elite Warlock titles in S1 of DF. You're right I didn't get any further elite titles in other brackets.
PvP just isn't that fun for me past the 1800 checkmark so I stopped pushing higher or getting good at 2v2 or 3v3.

She was able to do this due to her masterful gambit of "the entire night elf army sailed down to Silithus because night elves are all retards" which allowed the Horde to walk in a straight line to darkshore.
