>>502340375These types of people live in an echo chamber, so when they see a dissenting opinion or something that does not reflect their world view, they immediately try to get it removed. That's the basic theory of reddit in general.
You actually saw this with Mike Z. He would become furious when told no or when someone disagreed with him. This is why he was disliked even before his incident.
Whenever they have to face reality and see that their views are niche despite what they've been told or have told others, then they lash out. This is why they try to tightly control the ability for opposition.
And I'm sure some funny guy is going to give this post a passive (you) and go DON'T Y'ALL N*GGAS DO THAT HERE, DOE?!?!? So I will preemptively address that: I think most people here realize that their views are niche and that their opinion is not necessarily the majority one since it's pretty obvious that most people don't like 30 feet fall obese furry pawgs calling each other racial slurs. Meanwhile, reddit people really think everyone loves trannies, everyone loves whatever netflix slop, everyone loves dogshit GAAS games, etc.
And they hold these truths to be self evident.
