I started talking to another anon on a separate board about writing (original non fanfic stuff), I've always deleted or kept most the stuff I write private but they encouraged me to start posting stuff, still too afraid to share my original stuff just yet but I posted some wow fanfics elsewhere and got a bunch of bookmarks within a day or two which felt good, it was all futa draenei and elf slop fapfics but it's giving me real confidence for my own stuff

SL is retarded but you're acting like Zovaal is gangstalking you and he could be around any corner ready to reveal another character is a robot.

They weren't banned until phase 2 or 3, the difference here though is that streamers are already going off about classic/hardcore fresh and they outright admit to buying gold on stream and promote gdkps and blizzard is okay with that, if they ban them and it's a blow to the streamer audience in any way they just simply won't do it, by the time they did it in SoD the hype had already died and most of them had left

Take Middle of the way and Very Unlikely to happen with a grain of salt, i treated those events in a vaccum, i doubt blizzard wants to divide their population further, that is divided badly anyway (retail, classic era, hc, classic, sod).
Why Blizzard retard mode has some merit? See above, they wouldn't want to split their population further, so funneling SoD players into TBC f r e s h hype, and bringing in people that hyped themselves for bc/wrath era would seem like a smart choice (at least on paper).
Legion remix is STILL a possibility, after all it's a very low effort - high reward tradeoff.
Oh also maybe some misc shit that no one cares about like HC fresh.

Honestly, I’m more than a little miffed that they only did T2 HD remakes. With eleven weeks in the celebration, they should have started with T1 in the first week and added a new tier to the vendor every week. Combining T3 with T7 because it’s a rework and skipping over T6 because it has HD versions in Legion, that would have gotten every tier set through the end of Cataclysm.

Yup, for this week and next week. I think it's basically the normal timewalking schedule, except with classic timewalking filling in the gaps.

So on the Nov 26th, Wrath of the Lich King timewalking starts, and lasts through December 2nd.

On Dec 17, Cataclysm timewalking starts, and lasts through Dec 23rd.

We'll see Mists timewalking on January 7th, a date shared by the end of the anniversary event. It'll last until Jan 13th, at which point the bronze dragons finally up timewalking for two weeks, before Jan 28th starts Draenor.

Pretty much. I get why they added it, but I think they should remove it. It's called SOLO for a reason. If they wanna keep it then you should have to fight against other duo queuers if you use it. Duo queue also makes it a lot easier for win traders and sign up synchronizes.

So I fully expect the warbands feature to be expanded out to some sort of guild house remincent of class halls where our characters walk around. I expect warbands to be expanded yet further so we can travel and interact with our warbands in game somehow. The tech is there in follower dungeons and garrisons as proof of concepts and Blizzard are fully aware the cosmetic potential here is huge.

I've said it so many times, the reason the game is so popular to this day despite the story/features/aesthetics etc becoming increasingly garbage is that the most basic core of the gameplay is so solid and is the same as 2004
back in 2004 you loved the atmosphere, the feeling of going on an adventure, the sound quests made when you completed them, the soulful icons on your items and so many other things
in 2024 you watch number go up and collect things you'll never use
but the thing that instigates all that is how good your wasd and space bar feel and pushing your abilities

If you get lucky with Pact of the Imp Mother procs it's not so bad.
Otherwise, you should generally bank some Cores and drop a few HoGs between setting up dogs / GFG and dropping Tyrant.
Diabolist also has Ruination, which is a free HoG and imps whenever you get it. You just have to be careful not to cast it on something that's about to die, otherwise, unless they changed it, you risk losing both the damage and the imps if the target dies before Ruination lands.
