>Major adjustments>SamusNerf both charge shot speed and damage/knockback, her aerials and smash attacks too good, she doesn't need broken charge shot, but I would let her be able to still charge in the air so the shitters can have fun spamming it in casual, but it would not be as oppressive anymore at higher levels and easier to shield and reflect.
Give her different missiles to shoot in her side B. Some could have a poison/burn effect, others freeze properties, other a higher knockback. Maybe they change if you press a certain shoulder button, or just in rotation like Sora's.

>PikachuDelete his Side B that only serves as stall offstage instead make it a real Volt Tackle, a move with less range but more kill power and damage, and some knockback too, like Charizard's, and nerf his Up B as well to be like Pichu's or something else. Dair and/or Fair should be him using Iron Tail instead of headbash with electricity. Maybe His Bair instead, removing the annoying Bair strings for a nice, solid, kill confirm-tier Bair with Iron tail.

>JigglypuffAdd Dazzling Gleam, Sweet Kiss, more Fairy type moves to replace her Smash attacks. Replace rest with Metronome, giving her a random special, buff/debuff, this would make the Jigglypuff mains seethe who play her competitively, but I would like her to be closer to a jack-of-all-trades character that just happens to be a ball and doublejump, than this weird gimmick edgeguard-stray hit confirm character she is now because I find it too volatile in the worst way. Rollout could also go, for Moonblast, giving her some nice projectile to approach.
