>>501234392I have been waiting for Tinker to be added as a class since 2006. They're adding stuff like potion bombs you can use to buff allies and it's been making me remember lately how much I've wanted them.
Imagine one spec is basically a pet spec focused on turrets that uses ranged weapons.
A second spec uses 1-handed weapons and shields and chugs potions to hulk out or throws potions to debuff enemies.
I dunno about a third spec, but a 2-hander spec that's heavy on CC and area control using mines and traps would be nice, but then so would a Cannoneer type build with few or no turrets.
>>501234025We know what the issue. We have plenty of studies on the topic these days. 30% of the population has a mental illness that makes them turn off their brains, turn to authoritarians to tell them what to think, and then certain types of people (strongman archetypes) exploit that to manipulate them into screwing everyone over.
>>501234473>will we even still have a country in 20 years?I'm an automation engineer. 20 years from now the wealthy will thrive in walled cities, supported by an autonomous and AI-driven workforce, protected by armed drones, and send the entire working class back to the Dark Ages so it can never threaten them with revolt again. This comes up on a monthly basis when I'm at work dinners or lunches with clients to talk about how to automate their warehouses or factories.
>>501234610I am so glad more people realize this. I think in this case it actually enhances the impact, though. The "prize in memorial" for economics came into being because a right wing school of economics paid the Swiss government and Nobel foundation to let them pretend to be a real Nobel prize. A significantly disproportionate number of people who have won the award are thus from right wing economic schools. And yet they all still say that the oompa loompa's policies will be catastrophically bad.
