Bronze mage tank spec. Uses mirror images to pet-tank on children, shields to absorb and deflect damage, time warps to undo enemy damage output or to restore health, and had big AOE cooldowns to perform big AOE heals on the group and also had a battle res like an undo button for others plus also has a cheat death that spawns a controllable mirror image then brings the mage back to life after it despawns.

I'd try one of the new 11.0 mods from the arctium discord first. If you check in the discord under "wow-mod-shares" there's a sticky thread called "Bone & Anim Files Collection", the latest post in it should be files for 11.0.2.56819. Get that one and one of the 11.0 mods.

you buying tokens with gold facilitates people buying gold with real money. someone is giving blizzard the money. it doesn't matter whether they think they're buying gold or buying the brutosaur, $90 still end up in blizzard's pockets for every brutosaur sold. this is one way in which it really is different than the original brutosaur, even though that one was also transparently intended as a scheme to sell tokens.
the objection is not "i personally can't afford this" it's "RMT as a business model leads to bad games by incenting devs to bad things, and this decision moves blizzard even further in that direction"
that said i don't think it ultimately matters much because all MMO monetization models have bad incentives. i really do wish people wouldn't immediately rush to encourage blizzard's race to the bottom in every way possible, though.

Demon Hunter heal spec. Demon in them is a succubus, expel all the life/soul magic they sucked out of people over the years to party members. CD's revolve around giving the DK a temporary boost of health to funnel some of their own health percentage to others while restoring it through usual siphoning means in combat.

Bonus, gives the DH rpers the excuse to be the sluts a lot of them act like.

Hunters use focus as a resource, instead of mana. This seems to be planned early on; hunters were given focus as a resource in Cataclysm, more than six years after the original game's release. This version of focus only regenerates while standing still.

1. She is an autonomous person, who decides for herself what she wants to do in her free time.
2. Video game characters are not autonomous beings. They are created by blizzard. If they sexualize the characters, it would reflect negatively on them as a company, since it will look like, either the devs or the company as a whole, when in control of women, only wants to sexualize/objectify, i.e. De-humanize them.

Motherfucker, they added this stupid mutt in the Kel'Thuzad encounter for Sanctum, with 90 billion health that holds aggro all the fucking time.
Coupled with the health nerfs, you can dunk on him in less than a minute on Mythic without doing a single mechanic but the phylactery, which doesn't hardreset the encounter anymore because of the fucking dog that tanks the entire encounter by himself.

The only issue with KT fight is the mob inside the phylactery is invisible and cannot be targeted (at least this was the case when I cleared the place on all 3 difficulties last weekend) so you have to spec into as many untargeted AoE abilities if you're not a class like mage or warrior who can just AE or WW the thing. I was playing enhancement so I speced into sundering and still had to do several phases just to get the thing killed on mythic.

Given the game is 20, how long do you think the average player has been playing the game for and what recent expansion do you think saw the most truly new players and not just returning? Most of the people I know that play WoW either started 2004-8 or 2012/14 during Mop/WoD for the movie. I feel like despite having leveled dozens of alts to max over and over I've seen maybe like thirty truly new players since probably Legion. And it's not uncommon for me to see people with Hand of A'dal or some other old ass title/mount etc still more commonly than someone who appears genuinely new.

The factions, races, classes have mixed into total homogeneity at that point.
There arent really different philosophies or goals. Apparently everything has to be run by councils. Everyone kinda has the same goal in mind.
We gotta stop the big baddie, and then the next big baddie. There isn't conflict in how to achieve it, or any cunning leadership.

Would be way cooler if the faction leaders were trying to address the issues, but were still trying to push their agenda. Spreading misinformation and blaming the enemy faction, trying to broker better deals for their faction, using the land and resources they have as bargaining chips, etc. The audience is pretty old on average and a story with a lot more politics and cunning leadership would not go over their head.

Meanwhile dragonknights have been gods for going on 5 fucking years now. Before they got a few nerfs like 2 patches ago you were actually gimping yourself by not playing one because they were so strong.

The Alliance as a whole feels weird because I don't know what they have; there's no High King but there's a Supreme Commander in Turalyon. But between the two major factions, the Alliance is the one that's best suited to being a council, and the High King position being a Blue Warchief really messed with that.

I personally was playing arena and BGs when my arena mates were offline, there was GvGs, open world fights, in mop we even had an island that allowed you to kill players from your faction, tons of drama, cross server wasnt a real thing and you actually knew dudes from your server
if i had to give u a comparison, tww for me felt like... league? I queue for shit, i play for 20 mins, i go back to the main menu (city hub), repeat.

I dunno about that. I was in one of only two guilds who were farming Naxx40 on my server (a big one, one of the biggest at the time) when it was current and the server sure did have a lot of pvpers but not many players pvping their way up to the top in spite of there being many "raiding" guilds crewed by pvpers.

In spare time people were busy with random shit in open world: ganking, guild events, farming old dungeons be it for gold, mounts or lil trinkets like the one from ICC for fun

prior to m+ people were only really raid logging and it was a pretty common complaint that the game had no end game content.
mop and wod had challenge mode dungeons but you had no reason to do them more than once unless you had alts.
Mop challenge modes were also very difficult and very compy reliant to time so most people were filtered by it anyway.

Elysium guild was made first but since Cawaen wasn't given invite privs immediately to invite his clique friends he quit and started Nerub Silkweavers. He and his clique spammed fabricated drama for several weeks and successfully poached Elysium members and turned the thread sentiment against Elysium. One such drama was the accusation that Elysium GM was just trying to fill raids for his own clique but I think that was projection as in reality he didnt seem to have any close friends in the guild. Elysium ended up dying after the first raid as a bunch of people left for Nerub meaning the raid group had to be filled with randoms.
Nerub was initially fairly successful but quickly devolved into the GM and his clique doing their own thing and everyone else not being involved for anything ever. He and his clique did a raid on their own and got AOTC and now they refuse to help the others in the guild. Basically turned out to be exactly what he accused Eysium of.
t. been in and left both guilds.

He did disavow /wowg/ after people here bought into the drama and was sick of it.
