Every character can kill in this game.
Fox killed ZSS at like 65% last time Light and Marss fought.
Joker deletes people all the time with edgeguards and raindrop comfirms.
Sheik has the speed to camp you out and edgeguard you as well.
The only character who cant kill is Sephiroth

That being said, some lunatics who play with full default like Nairo, enjoy using Tilt stick on swordies and Smash stick on the rest of the cast. (I don't remember if he has stick jump on or off)
Its really bad imo because it gimps you when playing random or crew battle. I'd say learn to play Tilt stick on all your characters.

Valorant pretty much copied the base of CS but with slight tweaks and it worked. Unlike RainbowSixSiege or whatever that name was that tried to be a hybrid of CoD and CS and it became some niche dead FPS now.
