I'm talking about a perfect world where that isn't the case. The Great Vault already serves to steadily increase player power over time so a stacking dmg/health/heal buff is superfluous. What SHOULD happen is that after 6 or so weeks you start to gain more initial battlerez charges. Maybe end up with something like 5 in normal, 4 in heroic 3 in mythic. This doesn't make the bosses fall over but at the same time gives players a hefty safety net so that an attempt isn't completely shot due to a couple of dumb deaths early in the fight.

on Alliance, all you have to do is teleport to Stormwind and it's right outside the gate
but for Horde, i have to go to the portal near the Zeppelin and go through it, then take the elevator to the top of the Underworld, then go outside and get to it and it takes forever

Given the current plot seems to be all about finally bringing back the whole planet was bled dry thing from BFA, having him back to wrap up that plot makes sense.

Most people just assume the Goblin raid in 11.1 based on leak datamine is gonna involve him in some way.
They've been setting up a Goblin villain all expansion, between Goblins showing up on the Isle of Dorn. To one of the weekly quests you can get in one of the underwater delves, points out who ever sent those Goblins wasn't Gazlowe do to not following Gazlowe's typical safety procedures.

Sure it could just be any old Goblin, but Gallywix is the Azerite Goblin and Azerite in some vein seems to be getting brought back into the plot for a bit and Blizzard obviously needs to write their Nu Bilgewater way is better than old Bilgewater way quest at some point with Gazlowe besting Gallywix.
Plus Darin De Paul voices something every patch for nearly a decade now.

Probably. Although Gallywix being chosen for a leader of the Horde back in Cata didn't make much sense all things considered.

Seems while Siren Isle uses an old Expedition Map as a base, they actually added some extra stuff to make the Island bigger in size, than just all the assets they've thrown onto the island.
So I guess it's at least 2/3rds reused.

MU Gul'dan was the one that had 0 interference.
Garrosh stopping Gul'dan in the AU timeline was Gul'dans first failure and resulted in Gul'dans capture in that timeline until (you) free him on Khadgars orders.
Then Khadgar fails to recapture Gul'dan for the entirety of the expansion and nearly died to an assassin Gul'dan sent his way, who's main priority was to set the seeds of Cordana joining his side.
AU Gul'dan then successfully convinced Kilrogg into betraying Grommash and taking up the Fel and helping him turn Taanan jungle into a Demonic jungle, so he could begin preparing the Dark Portal to summon Archimonde.
Archimonde is summoned and throws AU Dan to our timeline, where he's then ordered to open the Tomb of Sargeras. Another thing he succeeds in and now with Cordana on his side, steal Illidan's body from the Vault of the Wardens, which he also succeeds.
Finally, he had to corrupt the Nightborne, which he succeeded in and almost finished his final task which was putting Sargeras into Illidan's body as a new vessel, but that's when his second and final loss occurred. Resulting in his death
