https://youtu.be/L5heOp6eWdg?si=TooCjf-x0fr_9oWxIt looks super fucking easy to get power charges. There’s a node close to the start that gives 20% chance to gain max power charges when you gain one, and an early support you can get that gives 25% chance for a skill to consume no charges
There’s two early monk skills that let you easily generate power charges, killing palm and storm surge or something like that
Killing palm lets you dash to an enemy and cull it and gain a power charge
Storm surge lets you dash to an enemy that is currently Shocked, striking it, and granting a power charge
Once you get tempest fury, the fast striking skill with a guaranteed shock and chain at the end of the combo, you’ll be shocking lots of enemies effortlessly
So it will be like tempest fury into a pack, Storm surge as soon as you see a shock, then falling thunder to clear the screen
Before that, you can just wait for something to be in cull range, cull, then falling thunder to screen clear
Past that, I’m sure once you get a general source of lightning damage, it will be even easier and efficient to do something like staggering palm for screen wide projectiles, get an easy shock, storm surge dash, falling thunder screen clear

When he gets Herald of Thunder later in the video too it looks awesome, he ends up just using Tempest Fury or whatever and the end lightning chain and the chains from herald of thunder are efficient enough for him to just twirl just quarterstaff through packs and explode them
