I asked this 2 days ago and got no answer.
Did some minor research and could not find anything stating what the differences, if any are.
Looking at the "drop rates" in the actual client, you might be able to find out if you take the time to compare literally everything, but at a cursory glance I saw no difference.
Hopefully someone less retarded gives an answer.

the other is 2 guaranteed of the next higher tier or better with the same bonus stuff chance

Why do literal retards still queue for top just to shit their pants? Top is so overtuned that a single mistake or so much as wasting a ban on stupid shit like Teemo or some other useless wank as opposed to actually valid top bans like Tryndamere and shit just ends your entire game. It's actually the "play lane phase perfectly and never make a single mistake or you auto-lose" role now.

In early game it's actually more demanding than ADC now. Or at least it is until after early game-- then you're either a melee minion or you're literally 1v5ing with no in between, while ADC is still a pissbaby role that needs presidential protection post-lane phase no matter what.

So why do gorilla nigger retards keep queueing for this "play perfect or you auto-lose" role just to shit the bed and singlehandedly lose their team the game instead of just clicking enemy minions in the jungle and occasionally ganking lanes? I've played top and jungle both, jungle is unironically easier than Top. So why don't these retards migrate to the easier role?

Yeah the design looks kinda bad overall especially that head gear, I think the skin presented in the video is the regular one while the prestige will follow a better design but however will adopt a lot of golden yellows instead of black.
Also I wish his figure was a bit more swole, the thighs are looking smaller than I can remember. Chest hair would've been nice too since it's quite rare on male models but I guess the nipple is fine.
I have spare ME from last year's Winterblessed pass where I got the Hextech and Winterblessed Swain skin/icon/chroma in a decent package so I think I may be able to get this skin without spending anything so I'll just wait and see if the prestige is superior and just get it for better or worse.
I always thought Swain would be kept on a high pedestal much like Jhin in terms of getting or having only good skins but I'm unsure thesedays. Overall that skin without the helmet fits vandal Gragas, road warrior miss fortune and hyena warwicks biker, leather/metal, spikes, black and white theme than whatever that video was about.
