When I get bored training a skill I like to make 3D models of RuneScape stuff in Blender. I think Fray complained about something similar in his last video, but I don't think it was the skull sceptre or that exact bug.
I think it was switching from the ratbane staff to a different one, it would switch off of defensive autocasting (and just do regular autocasting for some reason).

I did a lot of ToA in Leagues and that was my only raiding experience so far.

ToB seems insanely difficult to get into (super high skill ceiling, ridiculous gear requirements, toxic players)
CoX just looks very outdated and shit.

osrs is more grindy and "original" and requires extensive use of guides to play and addons especialyl for high level content

rs3 is "easier" in the sense the game allows oyu to do a bit more faster gives you more exp and doesnt require addons to play. i also found you can defeat most content without the multi gear switching necessry in osrs
