i just had an idea for an addition to the tile indicator plugin; make the square a different colour depending on if you're going to be doing an action on your destination tile, much like red x vs yellow x
because sometimes you dont quite see if you red x'd or sometimes what you're clicking on has expired and your toon runs up to it but then doesn't do anything

Thankfully it's been confirmed that unlocking an area will unlock the DT2 boss (if it has one), Desert is no longer going to also be mandatory

I'm curious to see what the "Echo" mechanic is going to be. Apparently regions are going to have an extra boss (or just boss mechanics?) which will drop an exclusive weapon for the region. Could be broken, could be fun, could be shit, we'll see

It's like a gigantic, HUGE Achievement Diary / Combat Achievements list, you need to progress through as many as you can.
As a reward, you are given points. These points progress you through reward tiers. These tiers increase your xp multipliers, and unlock powerful combat and skilling perks.

Also, you typically start in one region, and have a finite amount of other regions you can choose to unlock, so you'll want to pick wisely for content that suits your plans, and will be enjoyable for you.

It's fairly self explanatory and easily understandable!

Ah they're not usually that bad anymore, they're decently balanced.
So much so that some choices are so close, that they're still hotly debated to this day... (fire sale vs note)

Also in Leagues 3 you literally couldn't fuck up, you could switch relics in and out whenever you wanted, and all regions were eventually unlockable.

ToA was fun in Leagues I thought, it remained somewhat challenging, and there wasn't a "take half damage" perk like in Leagues 3 so you could still fuck things up and die quickly.

It wasn't until the eventual Shadow drop that it became free regardless of invos, pre-shadow it could still take a longass time
Doing ToB or CoX instead sounds very boring though, since they're at static difficulties.

Tier 1 (since you mentioned the first minutes) was remarkably close last league, only one of the three choices was "bad" but it wasn't even THAT bad (Endless Harvest).
It was the most boring choice however so I'd hope most people wouldn't want to pick it.

Where I live we basically just have birds. Boring ones too; blackbirds, seagulls, etc
Hedgehogs exist but you only see them like once a year, and usually only as roadkill (poor things).

Think I'd prefer this to having bears and lions and shit though tbqh

But yeah, Berserker was comically OP last league. I recall the "lifesteal" relic of the same tier was so trash, that Berserker was actually significantly better at giving you health (more damage with blood spells = more healing).

It was mostly broken because of the whole "ranged attacks keep the max hit until the first one lands" mechanic, if it didn't have that it probably would have been a crap pick.
Instead you got 3 max hit shadows every single time, so you oneshot practically everything in the game

You say that, but Fire Sale got the fastest early game points by far (meaning access to the OP tiers much sooner), and the top players all had Fire Sale (including the guy who completed literally every possible task).

I also picked Note, it carried me through PvM I had no experience with, but unfortunately I think Fire Sale was better

well they need to do something about these quests, in knights sword thurgo is treated like the last line of his race with nobody even knowing about immicando dwarves but in recent quests we keep finding new populations of immicando dwarves
also you can do the new quests first so you already know about the lassar immicando dwarves and varlamore ties with immicando dwarves and you still talk to reldo like you have never heard of them in knights sword

theyre like 9m each thats still good but blood shards went up because for a long time jagex didnt really care where you clicked on the screen so bots would just send a click at 0, 0 or the top left corner of the screen with the packet of intereacting with random objects. over the summer jagex started actually looking at where the mouse clicked and apparently clicking 0,0 with every interaction isnt something actual players do and now bots are coming back thanks for coming to my ted talk
