I've seen a total of ZERO follow up attacks. This can't be right. When I inherited it on Debra, it seemed to proc around 20% of the time. But on Lana vs the Red Spinner Woman, she has never done it even once.

What killed you exactly? As long as you're not getting oneshot they're pretty manageable. And if you're getting oneshot you probably need better gear (enhancement is cheap)

Decided to leave to get PORTO to test and she was able to follow up on the hobgoblin just outside before I reached the teleport.

So either the red woman has an ability that prevents follow ups or follow ups have a hidden relative speed requirement.

Spears are actually extremely effective for autoing. Like zero hobgoblin fear unlike the teams that went with mage/priest and 1h weapons. Less gimped by defense and accuracy and two characters can take one down instantly with a turn each.

It's not. 3 bow/spear backline is such consistent damage it's great for most things

Only problem is maybe bosses but that's still doable if you try hard and it's like 20% of combat in comparison

I have two spear fighters with leather clothes to maximize accuracy and speed
Only issue is if enemies can hit backrow and they die fast

Okay, with PORTO and a couple of tries, I finally saw a follow up attack on the red spinner woman. Took around 8-10 hits. That's enough to confirm my suspicions since the levels itself didn't give me any action speed. Luck seems secondary to speed at the very least for follow up chances.

I'm stuck on floor 4 in NG+.
In the upper left corner of my screen, the game is telling me to "Return to Past and Find Way to Rescue Vernant" even though Vernant is alive. I think the text is wrong, and is instead supposed to be about rescuing the man who was tied up. Ghost waifu says Elmon could have saved him if someone was with her, but I exhausted my available options for that scene and none worked.
And pic related is where I am in the cursed wheel. What am I supposed to do now?

Spears and bows are currently the only weapon (groups) that have more than one line of range. Spears in particular have two lines (so would deal full damage to the front row if in the back row, but half damage to the back row if in the back row) of range. Bows have three lines of range, but theoretically could have more. Halberds are just palette-swapped spears.

Idgi why can't I unify the same bronze swords? I have like 6, so I tried upgrading a blue tier one using 2 white ones to +10 enhance limit
Then I did the same with a a green tier bronze sword using 2 white ones too
But either of them won't show as options when I want to upgrade to the next limit? Surely you don't need the same color tier to upgrade right?

You need the same tier level to upgrade. So +10 weapons require +10 weapons to enhance again, so to get to +15 you need 2 base weapons to get to +10, then 4 base weapons to get to +10 twice to upgrade the first sword to +15.

Also in floor B4F after you finish the quest to get the ore sample if you go back there there are 2 adventurers arguing. Then it gives you a choice to fight or watch it unfold. What happens if you watch it unfold? I fought and nothing happened after killing them

So looking at merging; seems you can only do it once per "character", so if you wanted to increase its rank (and therefore the bonus points you get) you'd have to get another regular and skin character, merge them together and then discipline that to the original if I'm reading this right. Also seems there's a merge count on the character sheet, so in the future you might be able to merge additional skins to the original and increase it that way.
Lucked out and got both the original and skin princess, think I'm about to brick my account and merge them for the pitiful stat bonus since it seems like you can't disciple them

Adventurer's remains are normal pool rolls.
Amnesia incense lets you equip bonds which you unlock in the dungeon from 1 character to another.
General pool bones give no bonus towards the exchange shop, so you might as well grab the Wandering Princess Knight bones from the limited time offer shop, which work as your limited time gacha banner rolls.

What does that ability do? I think the ideal use for merge is to save until you have one form with 10 bonus stats. For the alt, you probably only need 1 copy for any merge. Any alt dupes should probably be used for the inheriting skill levels, then the og form for skill/discipline since you can still obtain those over time.

Is there a trick for getting the fight revival QTE on the first or second try?
It goes so fucking fast, my mind just goes blank trying to figure out the timing, and then it becomes super slow for the third one. My MC always ends up taking huge damage and getting paralyzed because of that.
Kinda fucking annoying given there is so much OHKO shit in the game.

Ok I bricked my account and merged them;
Inherited skills do NOT transfer when merging
The passive I got has a second level according to the scroll shop thing found in the bottom of the inherit skills tab, but I'm unable to level it with scrolls, so probably need to wait on another skin to release to level it more, looking into it more I don't think I can level it via discipline.
Max Fatigue also does not transfer, if your fodder has a higher max fatigue it will be ignored when merged.
XP does transfer and can level you up but you don't see the level rolls (if there even is any, maybe I'm just unlucky and it was a bad level but my princess did not gain any main stats despite going from 4 to 5 via merge and LOSING 100 total xp)

I got an account with the 10 bonus point legendary dwarf. I really couldn't care less about him as a character, and have an account with more legendaries including the limited one. But I can't help but wonder if it's the wrong choice in the long-term to not pick the 10 point dwarf.
I feel pretty confident they are going to allow you to increase character skill points in some way in the future but you never know.

Yes. You lose anything you use for inheritance/merging/discipline. And it also doesn't matter how much exp they have or anything, so only use fodder you JUST pulled and make sure to LOCK characters you actually want to use.

Ignore this post, I just got to NG+ and the first boss (dual ents) is a lot harder and floor 1 of NG+ gives much shittier exp than NG Floor 8, get to 20 there before you kill the boss even if it takes a while

I know that all points are good. But looking at Discipline examples. I am guessing Lanavaille would get like 5HP, and then plus three or something in Def and Res. Then plus one in everything else on the left row. That's about what I am assuming.

Teaching the skill to your player character heals 6 at the end of every battle. So that's 50% extra effectiveness.
I don't know how much is added from making her skill level 2 though.

Gobbos on NG+ Floor 1 are still harmless and give about half of Floor 8 enemy groups, so it's not impossible to level, but slower

The dual ent battle is an ego battle, it's as hard as anything else you'll find in the Beginning Abyss, just fight one. They're also very succeptible to being blinded, cast whatever the spell is to lower their accuracy and maybe buff your front row evasion too.

Are you playing the game with a phone's language set to English?
the tl;dr The game's code is literally racist against phones not set to English or Jap.

So your account didn't get deleted, just the password system fucked up because it's a mess. Did you try inserting the ID and the password multiple times?
I had the same thing happen to me where it restarted me with a new account but after a few more tries it actually registered what I was doing and linked me back to my old one.
Also try using the recovery password while in game and not in the start screen. The latter almost always bugs out and makes a new account while the former usually works just fine.

I think I found a way to keep your account from getting minor-flagged when you log back in.

When you start a reroll after setting your birthdate, IMMEDIATELY tap the Gear icon > Link Data > Link via Password > Issue Password, and screenshot it to keep your account intact. That way, the game account will stay unflagged.

Guest accounts that already got flagged will have to just send an inquiry to the devs to remove the flag.

Yeah. There's a campaign for it. Click this thing to see active campaign bonuses.

The passport one is a guaranteed success, otherwise there's a % chance to fail based on fortitude (or you can pay with gems for guaranteed success but I would only ever do that if the character got ashed) And I guess base flames of reawakening is 2/day.

I am actually loving the first person perspective. I don't mean like the typical drpg style of exploring, but actually playing through the eyes of the MC and witnessing all of the little interactions with your party members in combat is a great touch. Pretty sure you can class change everyone. Anyone who isn't you requires consumable items though, when you class change yourself you can switch back and presumably choose whichever class you want for the map, and levels in a new class unlock upgrades for skills in the first one.

I've been wondering lately. You see this difficulty spike as a spender and you do...what? Pull more copies on the limited banner? Whale for a weapon that needs 24 copies? Buy upgrade mats for 20$? Like nothing really seems that great of an option when it's all so god dam expensive. The pass increases your drip feed and gives revives but it's not that much and there's 2 or 3 other passes to consider.

You'd assume wrong. It's just there to scare you, like I said, at 0% it still took 20 tries. I would say it's probably somewhere around 0% fortitude = 70% res success rate, at least for ash. 0% fortitude is 100% ash rate, but ash at 0% fortitude is really hard to kill.

Early on someone posted a Lana at the same level going from like 50 max HP to 100 max HP and all her other stats going up pretty significantly "from one dupe". But judging by how much everyone gets from discipline and from what everyone else in here has been saying they get from Discipline stat-wise. Ok underwater enemies are way too overtuned. A single fight underwater will almost always completely wipe your frontline and there's nothing you can go because they will always go first before even your thief can move. And you can't use spells.

They're retardedly strong.

Discipline = dupes unlock a special passive for the main unit

Also if you go to Vernant's place of death after having left the floor, you don't get any knowledge about it either.

Around floor 4-5, either after you complete one of the floors, or enter floor five you'll get a quest from the guild telling you to enter the floor you were previously in and collect bodies.
Then you need to do this 4 times and survive the battle 4 times without leaving, to get max reward

They're like level 9 when normal mobs on that floor are like level 3. Almost got raped by that quest too

Luckily only one other group had that many hobgoblins, I was able to use Yeka's 3 remaining MP to cast the blind spell and my priest used the avoidance up spell. Got attacked by 3 hobgoblin cleaves in a row but only one managed to hit anything.

Yeah. Be warned, the main struggle with the quest is that the bunny gets to attack you first on each encounter along with the adds it brings, so you may have bad luck with it's insta-kill which is the main recourse drainer and why some people miss the max reward at first.
So typically your option is either tackle it later on when you think you can handle it, or risk it and hope you've brought enough healing items for the damage your party will take.

Yeah, it might restart the floor to the state it was at when you entered. It's not that hard to make it back, right next to the floor 8 doorway there's a teleporter back to the start of floor 7 which is right next to the teleporter out.
