And also as side note, more than triple the amount of raid bosses kills compared to DF season 1 after 1 month. Bots make their money off of BOE drops mainly. It's why the instance lock is there for 24 hours on a boosted character.
A max level Druid bot has a much quicker time farming instances like Botanica and such, than a bot casually going through queues.
That's the main reason there is a lock out, to lock Druid bots out for a day and see which ones are all piling up at a dungeon door cause some guy forgot about the 1 day lock out.

The only reason you wouldn't want to use a reck/avatar macro is you could be out of position and waste your free Odyn's Fury. With Reckless Abandon you don't technically need the extra rage from charge because the free Odyn's Fury from Avatar gives rage so you will have enough to rampage immediately.

Is outlaw rogue really hard to play correctly? I've been messing around on a shitty rogue alt and I just can't seem to do any damage as outlaw. As assassination or sub I can pretty easily do 1mil+ dps in a cooldown window but on outlaw I'm lucky to even break 500k. I came to the same conclusion. Did some 7-9s on warrior and every dungeon was a hellish nightmare world of constant area denial and dodging 300 things per second. Then I got dragged into a last minute key on my hunter last week and it was a breeze. Barely anything to dodge, felt like I could just stare at my other screen half the time and not have to worry about anything.

My primary complaint about devour is it's a really annoying affix visually. Prior to the balls applying to you Xal comes in to scream about shit and there's like a 3 second pause even after she's done talking where they're warming up and the actual trigger for them starting the debuff has no further visual oomph. She should just go BOO and balls.

Things seem a lot less 'flashy' or I don't know, noticeable?
I decided to look at some gameplay and it's like the character does a funny little dance and sometimes some small colored slivers come out and quickly fade, did blizzard do some 'overhaul' (a.k.a demake) sometime or something?
Fucking fire mage looks like it has no animations, it's so anemic. Shitty little puff of fire (maybe if you're lucky) shitty little puff of fire in a circle that vanishes in 0.3 seconds after knocking the enemy back, meteor move that looks like dogshit
Just a year or two ago I don't remember it being this bad

It never used to be the case but frankly if you die to a boss with lust and wipe, you lose like 5 minutes considering the timer cut, run back and killing it without lust.
The more keys I brick like this the more gaslight mazerats will be on the forums crying about the state of M+ and that affix, it's a win-win because not timing a key has no merit unless you're really wanting loot or io, 5 crests down from 12 is abysmal.

Check your settings, I made a fresh install after not playing for several years and I couldn't see shit over all the particles, not in pve, not in pvp, even for solo I had to tone it down.
I'm now playing at "essential" for spells and "medium" on particles and even then it feels like too much sometimes.

You only need hero+ track items if you plan on doing +9 maze or mythic raid, where you get the gilded crests that upgrade items beyond 619.
Otherwise you are good with Champions, which you can upgrade to 619 also.

champion is fine and equivalent to hero unless you're reliably timing +9
ideally you want 1 piece from raid / vault, then use 3 catalysts to fill out your entire set. if you use 3 charges then roll a duplicate you'll be pretty annoyed

If you're a casual/new then I wouldn't ask for advice here you're just going to get armchair world first raider advice

If you don't want to/can't run mythics then keep in mind you can accumulate up to 8 catalyst charges a week, you should at minimum be getting 1 hero piece a week even as a casual (run 8 8+ delves and you get it from your vault) so if you're sitting on a few charges and don't plan on doing anything else that would give a hero piece then feel free to spend a few charges it's not going to be as good as using it on a higher track piece but if you're not getting those pieces right now it's not a waste
