Frost does better damage in higher keys (not that fury's numbers are padding since dungeon slices but fury also has dogshit ST damage) and the DK survivability and utility kit is just better. They're much tankier than warriors are and they provided near the same amount of raw CC as warrior with the added benefit of grips, ranged melee kick, and AMZ/AMS with Vestigial Shell. Even if dps warriors were doing absurd damage across the board they have dogshit group utility.

Ele is very simple to do okay with but it’s much more of a pain to play it optimally. It also gets killed in 3 weeks woth a dogshit rework that has you play ascendance which pretty much removes any fun, lowers damage and makes the rotation more difficult.

delves only are a pretty satisfying progression track
pvp is the main content i care about so 8 delves a week is just about exactly the right amount of pve for me
i might enter the maze later on when people mostly outgear it, but this feels like a pretty big-brain way to keep a decent pve set while dodging the worst early-season group finder bullshit

The entire public order and recraft system is weird in that you're in a cold war between effectively just donating to the crafters vs crafters on public orders being able to give you a rank 2 if they felt like it. I think the entire thing would be sorted if you could just put specific rank requirements on public orders alongside the commission amount like you can private.

You can do it on all characters doing it on one doesn't lock you out of the others it just makes the quest marker faded which is to let you know that you've done the quest on another character for achievement purposes

You're not talking to people, crafters are spamming macros in trade chat like it's 2004 and people are wordlessly sending them recraft orders. The entire concept of the public crafting system was to get around the archaic "spam trade chat that you're a blacksmith looking for work" and it's now the exact same thing with the only difference being your services are not that you're someone who can craft the scrunch of courage but rather you're someone who can recraft it to r5. I continue to do what I did prior to this system existing but it's still ultimately a complete failure of what they attempted.

Hello /wowg/. I am new to the game and basically spend all my time leveling different toons. I have a balance druid, windwalker monk, and subtlety rogue. Right now I think druid will be my main interest though I like all three of them. How can I be of most use to other players? Now that I'm at TWW, what is most helpful to others? I want to be able to help in things like raids without dying but I have a hard time reading anything on screen thanks to the grouping of players.

I don't know much about WoW as a new player but everyone and I mean everyone I meet hates Shadowlands with no redeeming qualities about what it did to the lore.

I would say Blue is my second choice for more roleplay / character expression options, as orange is a bit superfluous. Maybe red for the same reason.

Black is all that matters.

the current state of m+ feels like they actively singled out every thing people liked about DF’s season 4 and just fucking tried their best to absolutely ruin everything

This season definitely seems hard, plus the spec disparity in damage profiles. And the dungeon mechanics other people can fuck you over on and kill you and the key.
Like in siege, had someone instantly dispell the final boss water AOE as 2 of us were running out of each other circle. Nothing I could have done. Any mechanics just straight up kill you in even 7s. DF season 3 was no where near that hard

You are supposed to ACTUALLY KNOW THE INSTANCE in m10, to be familiar with it. It is normal to do that one by one.

Doing an instance 4-5 times in M7 and then jumping to m10 is completely fine, for example, assuming you have the gear. You just have to ACTUALLY KNOW THE INSTANCE ffs

it becomes the exact pve piece, champion track, but with "raises to 639 in bgs and arenas"

That's why the best time to pvp is the first week of the season, cause everyone has honor gear and is on an even playing field. The longer you wait to jump in the further you will be behind and the more chaotic the games will become due to larger discrepancies in gear and so climbing becomes harder in general.

Yes, I like approaching it that way. My RIO doesnt grow quite as quick, but I enjoy learning the dungeons and knowing neat ways to improve my time.
For example - probably known since BFA, but today I figured out that I can completely trivialize the difficult slam + double wave overlap by just bubbling and taking the first wave and baiting the slam, then running back to cover for the second wave.

I'd start with herbalism and mining, see how the point system works, get the free acuity from them, then move on to enchanting and so on.
You can settle on something like blacksmithing and try making weapons for people (there is big competition, but it doesnt require that many points), or you can stay a herber/miner if that looks comfy, its still pretty good
If you DONT want to deal with orders, thats the hardest to catch up because your profit margins depend on your efficiency. And you have tons of nodes that give it to you in some form spread around your profession. So people who are ahead of you will be able to sell cheaper but keep similar margins.

You could try making something simple to get a feel for it, such as this:

It still nets OK profits and is a cheap way to get a feel for professions.

Part of it was the paladin pulling mobs out of my earthquake but definitely not all of it. And my ST was just abysmal.
I suspect details is trolling cause there were 6 deaths and none of them were mine but I don't feel like that's reflected even if I go to the part where the others dropped dead.
