Farm water on Mech Trenches, buy an AK and a silencer and start playing the game.
The default shotgun is actually really strong.
You have a melee attack that deals quite a lot of damage and often kills Cyborgs with one hit.
Enemies that are standing still can be melee stealth killed.
Crouching actually messes up your ADS, you shoot lower than the crosshair indicates.
