is fire emblem the only nintendo series left not open world? I think FE19 should be a remake of any past title, but let FE20 do something new the series hasn't done before. Perhaps Nintendo doesn't want to do GotHW remakes because of Kaga?

Can't go wrong with either.
General is more fun, especially if you intend to take her into Creature Campaign and dump Boots on her.
GK has a bit more movement and canto, and is the better choice gameplaywise.
