That's a quest chain with like 32 steps that maybe 5% of lvl 60s did one time and never again.
As opposed to it being the main ingredient for the new bags, new best weapons enchants, mandatory 4-set armor you need to enter the new quest zone. On average a 60 player needs like 6-7 of these. So from one week to another there is a demand for 60 000-70 0000 blood of heroes, and it's bind on pickup. It's so fucking stupid.
