Franz, Carroburgs, at least one Warrior Priest, a Light Wizard (buffs) unless you want another wizard for buffs. You could get a second wizard I'd recommend a debuff wizard that lowers enemy melee defense either instead of or in addition to, if you want the absolute most buffs Gotrek gives enemy specific army buffs but it's relatively minor. Ulrika gives more sizable buffs. You could theoretically add a Witch Hunter? But honestly if you did I'd do it in a second reinforcing army as they don't provide direct army buffs for the most part and if you do the same do that also with Warrior Priests, since the only thing they directly give if attached is their army bonus trait (if any) and replenishment.

Franz Carroburgs alone is 90% of their growth unless you do something really cheesy. Empire Captains give a very shitty +3 MA +3 MD buff at rank 16. If you have like 4 attached at that level it's +12/+12. If they're all Disciplined that's another +8 MA. The +8 Leadership bonus won't affect them but it will make the Captains themselves slightly less awful. The downside if you really wanna go that route is that those Captains either won't get the buff because you put them on horses or gryphons, or you keep them on foot and make them get ragdolled by monsters and cavalry and suck that way.

I think Murderous Prowess is dogshit. Even without taking into account the fact that it takes a long time to activate, only lasts 90 seconds, and you have no control over when to activate it. It's just an awful buff regardless.

Dunno. But it restores 90% vigor over its duration which stacks with passive vigor regeneration, so it’s pretty damn good considering exhausted is pretty damn bad of a debuff.

For context in TWH2 it just gave back 18 vigor instantly upon activation. You can argue if the change to restoring vigor is better or worse than a much smaller but immediate boost, but they went away from instant restore to improved regeneration and you should just pay attention to your unit’s stat cards before and after activation and also look at their state and watch those stats JUMP. Murderous prowess just makes your army 25% better, it’s not the most insane army buff ever but it lasts 90 fuckin seconds. That’s a really long time to just break the enemy’s line over your knee to win a fight if it was even close to fair before.

speaking of delves, is malus's cold one mount shit? feels like it has 0 mass, constantly gets stuck unable to push through even a single infantry entity and seems to have a hard time being able to attack stuff, and makes him a bigger hitbox.
